Great question. It said 60 seconds per day is all you need. Ask a physical therapist, maybe?
I ordered one why does mine look different from the one in the video mine says leg master maybe I ordered the wrong one 🤦♀️
They have different versions, the basic one when it first came out didn't have it but what you have should work well.

I found mine on facebook market place, you get them cheap. I purchased a new one on market place today for $10 and the lady never used it. I hope this helps.

@@KFCalif no, these are the black feet, four that keep your floor safe. I don't know what you are referring to. You are welcome to what I have.
@@purpledancer4914 There are two plastic "adaptors" of some sort 9long plastic pieces) that go under each end to keep the foot paddles from going so far apart (so your legs don't spread so far). That's what I've been trying to find, the feet that make the distance of the spread a little less "wide" for people with hip issues. They are hard to find -- you're very kind for offering, thank you anyway!
@@KFCalif yes, I saw those on a video. If I were you, I'd contact someone from the videos. Or a second hand equipment store. They are somewhere orrrrrr, folks are handing during COVID. Find a carpenter to make some....or maybe you can put something like duct tape on the rails? Father God please help KF find what she needs. Amen, and so it is. I knew a KF!
