My grandma remarried TWICE so I’ve got my grandpa she had my dad with and divorced, the guy she married after him and then the one she finally settled with once my dad moved out. 😅

My moms dad had been married enough times to have 15 legitimate children, idk the actual number of marriages but never more than 2 kids per woman, my moms mom has been married twice, my dads mom has been married 3 times and his dad has been married 4 times, my mom and dad are both on their second marriages (of sorts since they aren't legally divorced yet just separated for like 17 years) divorce just be the way sometimes

That's not how rates work, its a % of doviorces within the married population so has no thing to do with the number of married people. The only things it could suggest is the couples most likely to divorce are getting married less often, or the quality of marriages has improved
