Over priced, and there is no job market in Maine unless you are a logger. There are many towns in Maine suffering from people leaving. The younger generation doesn’t want to log or rely on fishing lobsters.

Um there is this thing called the internet now. It’s a way of connecting the world together by using these things called computers. It’s truly fascinating, you can live in Fiji in a tree house and run a fortune 500 company on a thing called a cellular phone. Lots to catch up,on I know it can be overwhelming. One owner for 40 plus years. Makes me angry and sad I lost mine further south. Owned for 31. Accident changed everything. Oh and a divorce after 28. Andy been watching for about 5 years now. I couldn't when I should've love my daughter and granddaughter, ok and som in law. Lol. A 20 x 24 on some timbered land for the woodstove would be perfect. Most are flocking south at 62 , nah.
