Hey @@deborahclark9856 Since I became a big fan of Aydan in 2018, I can update you on his activities since The Voice 2018. He's under the management of Yoyo Music. He has been since his participation in the Young Talent Time reboot in 2012 and Australia's Got Talent in 2013, before his appearances on The Voice twice. His debut single, "Something About You," was released during this time. Following The Voice 2018, he signed with Universal Music Australia and embarked on tours across Australia, including his hometown of Melbourne. His performances consisted of covers of contemporary hits, some older classics, and the same songs he performed on The Voice, accompanied by meet and greets with his fans. In December, he participated in carol singing events in Melbourne. He was selected to perform at Eurovision: Australia Decides 2019 on the Gold Coast on December 18th, 2018. In 2019, he showcased his second single, "Dust," on the TV program Eurovision: Australia Decides. He hosted a fan event at Melbourne's Bistro Morgan, where he met fans, took photos and served doughnuts behind the counter for a day. Later, he performed at Melbourne's Moomba Festival during the Birdman Rally, where I saw him from across the lake. He continued with smaller performances in Melbourne, including appearances at shopping centres like CS Square in Caroline Springs, where I first met him. Following a small gig at CS Square, he travelled to Los Angeles to record and create new music before returning to Melbourne. He then played Harry in Fangirls, an Australian production depicting the experiences of One Direction fans in 2013, particularly Harry Styles enthusiasts. He was involved in Fangirls from September to November 2019 and also produced a UA-cam video featuring an acoustic rendition of his first single, "Something About You," along with a vlog. He returned to Melbourne in November 2019 to perform at his former primary school fair before releasing new cover songs on UA-cam. Additionally, he participated in carol singing at the Melbourne Docklands in December and shared a Christmas cover song on UA-cam around the same time. Throughout the year, he connected with his fans through live Instagram chats. In 2020, before the lockdown, he performed live at Memo Music Hall in Melbourne, covering popular songs like "8 Letters" by Why Don't We alongside his singles. After the performance, he quickly arranged a meet and greet for everyone who attended. Shortly after, he unveiled his third single, "Wide Awake," along with its inaugural music video. Subsequently, Melbourne, like the rest of the world, entered lockdown, prompting him to engage in regular themed Instagram live sessions, commencing with a One Direction-themed event and culminating in a Ruel-themed session. During this period, he collaborated with a friend, Mia, on a lockdown-themed UA-cam cover, departing from his usual solo performances. Additionally, he teamed up with Australia's top female DJ, Tigerlily, on his single "Me, You & Tequila," accompanied by a second music video for the track. In 2021, following the relaxation of Melbourne's lockdown restrictions, he returned to the stage in Fangirls, this time in his hometown, reprising his role as Harry and joining some new cast members. Subsequently, he launched a competition announcing a highly intimate show in Melbourne, encouraging fans to enter to win tickets to his performance. Surprisingly, I entered and won, along with 49 other fans. Initially, I anticipated a typical live show experience. However, upon selection, we discovered we were part of a live music video shoot for the upcoming single "Grow Up" at a recording studio in Melbourne. They sought 50 fans following Aydan since the outset of his career to participate in the video. Regrettably, technical issues prevented the release of the live music video. However, on the day of filming, apart from the video shoot, we also recorded live covers of two popular songs-one recent and one older-actively involving the fans. After the shoot, before his other commitments, Aydan and the Yoyo music team held an impromptu meet and greet for his devoted fans. Months later, after resolving technical glitches that led to the premature release of his single, "Grow Up," he officially launched the song along with a professional music video, alongside the live covers recorded during the filming day in Melbourne. Following this, he got cast in another musical, Jagged Little Pill, portraying a troubled schoolboy, Phoenix, and performed it in Sydney in December. Following that, in 2022, he reprised his role in Jagged Little Pill, performing in Melbourne from January to March before concluding the run in Sydney from July to August. Additionally, he continued to release more cover songs on UA-cam and engaged with fans through another live Instagram session promoting Jagged Little Pill. Later, he released another single titled 'Lost With You' with its music video filmed in 2021. Later, he hosted a Zoom concert for select fans in August. He released a series of UA-cam covers featuring hit songs by various artists and began performing small gigs at Grazeland Melbourne. Moreover, he released another single titled "Everything to Me" and served as the opening act for artist Leah Kate in Melbourne in December. Amidst these activities, he managed to carve out time to compose new songs. In 2023, he crafted new music, including "Gabriella," and performed gigs across Melbourne. These performances included appearances at the Craigieburn Festival, The Push All-Ages Tour in Hawthorn, and more frequent engagements at Grazeland. He also managed to record and share another UA-cam cover of a popular single, this time collaborating in a duet with his former partner from The Voice 2018 battle round, pop star Madi K. Furthermore, he entertained audiences at events hosted by his friend Benny Gregs' company, BG Community. Amidst his busy schedule, he made time to participate in podcasts hosted by associates from various companies. As of 2024, he is in Perth, Australia, starting from January 9th and plans to stay for three months. While there, he's been creating music, granting more creative freedom, and acting in an upcoming TV show called Invisible Boys, set to release in 2025 on the Australian streaming service Stan. In the current year, he has parted ways with Universal Music and is focusing on launching his new independent music projects. And no, Joe and Aydan didn't end up working together, but I hope they are still in touch.
I really like this kid. Besides having a great voice, he's a solid performer. On a personal note, he seems humble and kind. He was very gracious to the young lady who lost her battle with him. I hope he does well in life. 🙏
I have had the pleasure of meeting Aydan Calafiore several times in person and spending time with him after his gigs in Melbourne last year. I can confirm that he is not only incredibly attractive in real life, with a stunning smile, but he is also very down-to-earth, friendly, extremely humble, has a heart of gold, and is one of the sweetest guys I have met in a while. Therefore, his gracious nature towards his competitor and now friend, Madi K, is very genuine. As a fan and someone who considers him a friend, I must say that he is doing remarkably well. He has become way more confident when performing on stage and has improved significantly since he began performing in on-stage musicals. He is a triple threat, which is truly impressive.
Joe was absolutely the PERFECT pick for him! I’m so glad he got the chance to work with him, I think that’s exactly who he needed to push him into the best version of himself
@@shevaunvan-hoff4069 the only thing I have seen from him is the song from almost a year ago with Madi k (everyone has always wanted them back together, me included). Have you seen anything else he has done? I would love to see it!

What can’t he do?!?! I’ve watched SOOOO much of the voice so many different places and Ayden has some of the most all around raw talent I’ve seen in a whileeeeee
I mean he reached the finale at 17 years old. That's an incredible feat for anyone. Let alone a teenager. Him getting fourth place doesn't mean he isn't an amazing performer. It just means he got less votes than and lost to three other incredible performers.
Aydan needs to come back as an all-star because he was in the grand finale and he worked very hard to make this journey and I think he still needed some growing still so well done aydan.
Wow, it sounds like you have quite the crush on Aydan Calafiore! I totally understand why. He's not only incredibly talented on stage, but he also seems to have a captivating charm offstage as well. I remember one-time last year when I had the opportunity to hang out with Aydan after one of his late-night gigs in Grazeland, Melbourne, Australia. He was such a down-to-earth and friendly guy. We had a few conversations, and I was really impressed by how relaxed and easygoing he was. It's always great when someone you admire turns out to be as awesome as you hoped. And let's not forget about his looks! Aydan is looking hotter than ever, especially with those small tattoos and ear piercings. It adds a bit of an edgy vibe to his already dreamy appearance. I know how mesmerizing it must be to look into his sparkly brown eyes. I remember on Australia Day in 2020 when my friends and I were patiently waiting to get our pictures with him, and when it was my friend's turn, she handed me her phone to take the picture. As I looked up at Aydan, standing so close, our eyes locked for what felt like a minute or two. Time seemed to freeze, and all I could manage to say was a slightly awkward "Um hi" with a big grin on my face. It was definitely a moment I won't forget. Oh, and did I mention that Aydan is tall too? Standing at an impressive 6 feet, he's got that extra height that adds to his overall appeal. It's clear that you have a deep admiration for Aydan Calafiore, and it's not hard to see why. He's not only an incredible performer but also a genuinely great guy to chill and hang out with. I hope your crush on him continues to bring you joy and happiness!

That is the best i have ever seen someone put together someone before cause i was also very curious after this so thank you for taking the time to write all that out for us ❤❤@shevaunvan-hoff4069
you can see during the "You are the reason" song, that he was about to cry from how his voice was shaking and how his eyes were watering. Or he's just a good actor....
IMHO, Aydan & Madi's performance of "Uptown Funk" is truly one of the most enjoyable & most memorable in the history of not just "The Voice" Australia, but ANYWHERE. BOTH of these VERY talented young performers were born for the stage! My wish is for every dream in their hearts to come true.♥️
This kid is amazing! He is such a good singer and a great performer. He nailed all his performances. I love his energy and him and maddie would be the best duo. I was gutted that he didn’t win! He seems like such a gentlemen.
As someone who has met him many times in real life, I can confirm that he is such a gentleman; unlike some guys I come across who are customers at my workplace, he has a lot of respect for women, which I love. Not only that, but he's also a great guy to hang out with and talk to about anything, really, and so yeah, with Aydan, what you see is what you get and way more than that, if that makes any sense
He is a full package He can dance, he can sing he can maintain balance between both, He improves rapidly, He has the ability to sing any kind of song he got good looks he is just an awsome artist in my opinion Although i think he might have won if Joe chose a different song in the finale
If they didn't try to make him into other singers and let him have his own style he would have won. His style is awesome. Always be yourself. He will go far if he stays true to who he is and not copy others styles.
Same!! He’s also my idol and after meeting him numerous times in Melbourne and hanging out with him a few times after his Melbourne Grazeland gigs last year, has kinda become one of my friends so that’s cool
😢. ✌🏼💗 Joe’s “ Protoje” Aydon is beyond talented. Even though you didn’t win Aydon that show. You showed the world just exactly who Aydon is…No worries young man . That show launched your career into the stratosphere. ✌🏼💗
pretty much I like his live show songs because he's really moving a lot and even with joe, he's been doing good and nailing them, but joe could've done better with better songs, but they did really well.
That guy totally killed it. It's such a shame that such an amazing and outstanding talent had to go. He truly inspired not just me but others who want to be future artists. Also, did I mention he reminds me of Justin Bieber? I mean, just look at him, it's like seeing a past mini version. But seriously, he really did a marvellous job. Don't worry buddy, you're still gonna make it.
Ngl I feel like the reason he lost was because of the song choice itself. Every one of Ayden's performances pushed his vocals and style to different heights, whereas "Shut Up and Dance with Me" felt more like karaoke between friends. There wasn't much vocal range in that song to really take a crowd's breath away like he usually does. Imo he did the best he could with the song choice.

Me too!! Wait, no, I don't like him, I LOVE him!! I met him many times, and he's the most amazing guy ever. We even hung out once last year after his gig, and he is so dreamy and really great to talk to about anything, like best friends
@@zoe-zy1vu Yeah, I'm not delusional or crazy and I'm not kidding. This will sound kind of like fanfiction but I'm just gonna recall what I remember. ok, it all happened in early December, the month of Christmas. it was the end of his gig at Grazeland, and it was nighttime, I gave 2 Christmas cards, 1 for AYDAN and 1 for his family cause I felt like it. After that, Aydan was very appreciative of the card and gave me a hug and then he sat on the end of one bench which was right in front of me. we just talked about normal relevant stuff. I remember telling him how his rendition of 'Purple Rain' by Prince was super emotional for me and Aydan replied "Yeah, people were leaving during the sad songs", he also said how he picked up the music, made it upbeat at the end and I just responded with "yeah". Since I had dance concert rehearsals earlier that day before rushing over for his gig, I mentioned it to him and told him how I thought it went ok and trust me it was all positive vibes, even during the small silences and even when my mind wandered else, there were no negative vibes at all. I also remember the entire time we were talking he was looking right into my eyes the whole time and once I looked at his eyes I just thought "Wow he's so dreamy up close" and that's all I remember and I just went home thinking "oh my god i just hung out with him like real friends do!!"
What is your favorite performance of Aydan?!
Although they're all incredible performances, it would probably be the battle round. I love all of them, regardless.
Oh my gosh i couldn't choose I loved them all and he is like wow. Definitely born to make records n be on a stage performing all over . Hey @@deborahclark9856
Since I became a big fan of Aydan in 2018, I can update you on his activities since The Voice 2018.
And no, Joe and Aydan didn't end up working together, but I hope they are still in touch.
i love the one he did with maddie
I'd have to say "you are the reason" by Calum Scott cause he actually put him self in the song like they wanted.
the CHEMISTRY between ayden and madi is INSANE. the look at the end, the way they dance with each other, i’d love to see y’all deny it!
Yeah

She can performmmm!
Imo he did the best he could with the song choice.
well, he's releasing new music very soon!!

@@michaellovett6863 Since I became a big fan of Aydan in 2018, I can update you on his activities since The Voice 2018.
It's possible that he's under the management of Yoyo Music and has been since his participation in the Young Talent Time reboot in 2012 and Australia's Got Talent in 2013, before his appearances on The Voice twice.
Additionally, he continued to release more cover songs on UA-cam and engaged with fans through another Instagram live session, promoting Jagged Little Pill.
As of 2024, he started the year in Perth, Australia, starting on January 9th. He planned to stay there for three months and came back to Melbourne after wrapping up filming Invisible Boys. While there in Perth, he's been creating music, granting more creative freedom, and acting in an upcoming TV show called Invisible Boys, set to release in 2025 on the Australian streaming service Stan. In the current year, he has parted ways with Universal Music and is focusing on launching his new independent music projects.
He is now an independent artist!
Il chante de malade 😮❤
Aydan is so Austin Moon coded

@@shevaunvan-hoff4069NO WAY U HUNG OUT WITH HIM WHAT
@@zoe-zy1vu Yeah, I'm not delusional or crazy and I'm not kidding.
Girl is best performance
Ahhhh it remember this season of the voice, the beatboxer Sam Perry won i think
His sister is like a young Laurel Lance (katie cassidy)
This guy was so good but against Sam Perry no one had a chance
I like when he did an duet with Madi
“We grinded really hard in the hotel”
Bro almost caught a case 😅🗿😂
it's gamer lingo meaning they worked really hard in the hotel

It was just funny
Im'a just say it... I don't like the judge with the hat. He's almost always the last to accepts someone and never applauds them.
Boy George? He's kind of a big deal.
Kid has an amazing voice BUT I am not sure he would have went all the way without Joes coaching
He should have won
