- On Tuesday February 7th 2023, the support for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on Windows 7, 8, 8.1, Thin PC, Server 2012 and Server 2012 R2 has ended.
If you want to download Chrome on these Operating Systems for example, in the official site warns that the device won't receive updates, because Google Chrome no longer supports your Operating System.
On Microsoft Edge, there is always the warn when you open the browser.
The last version of Chrome and Edge for these Operating Systems, is the version 109.
From the version 110, if you still are on these Operating Systems, you need to upgrade to Windows 10 or Windows 11. For Windows Server, to 2016, 2019 or 2022 if you want receive the latest security updates when you go to the web for these two browsers.
In fact Extended Kernel exists. So we can trick that we run Windows 11 or 10 while it's 7,8,8.1
Interesting.
I need it !
Where to download?
Thank you very much!
For now it remains undiscovered. It may take months or years before someone bothers. Extended kernel for Windows XP already exists
@@waynenathanieltheanimator Let me know if there will be the Extended Kernel, that maybe i will do a video about that.
@@TN384 Extended kernel is available for Windows Vista. With Extended kernel you can run Windows 7 programs on Windows Vista.
you still can run chrome and edge 110 on windows 8 + with --no-sandbox and yes, it woudn't work with windows 7
Mujhe kuch sunai kyu nahi de rha🙄
My laptop is already good with windows 7, imagine running windows 10 on it (it would be slower)
