I do this all day myself! I've been going to Italy for years except after covid then my daughter got married and has two babies since, so it made it difficult! We have friends in Basilicata and thats where I eventually will buy. We're finally going back in August have a great time on your trip next week!
Definitely! I like the stone or brick buildings that are more historic. And as much as I love that one with two apartments, I really think I need to have an outdoor patio. I think that's a must. The search continues.
Hi, I commented about my interest in the Abruzzo region on your video about the 20 regions of Italy, and you mentioned this video. I'm glad you did! I didn't know much about Penne but it looks perfect, and both those properties you highlighted have great potential. By the way, I don't know whether you're aware, but Italy has just introduced a digital nomad visa which makes entry into the country much easier for non EU citizens. That's something I'm following up as I'm from the UK and sadly no longer part of the EU.
I'm definitely excited about visiting Abruzzo and Penne. It looks great. And I did hear about the new changes to the digital nomad visa. I'll be checking into that for sure.

Thanks so much. Have a great time in August. Maybe our paths will cross in Italy.
Hi Mike, minute 12:49 🌊😂
