As far as things beyond that: Implementing complex animations with your explanations would be very helpful to a lot of people. Something complex like an Animated Tab Bar or Animated Pagination Dots for example. Good luck!

You have a unique way to explain! I was going to learn Reanimated V1, because I finally understood Animated API, but, right now I am sure I am going to pass V1 and go directly for V2! Thank you man! Great video as always. Maybe I am a bit late for the question, but does anyone know how is there any way to run the measure (reanimated 2) function in useEffect hook? That is bothering me for a few days. I want to measure the content of a bottom sheet and set it to open state on default.

@@eveningkid i've an app that i use lottie in a very hacky ways for little animations. i'm developing mostly backend things with a little frontend and i've never struggled too much with css transition animation stuff but things changed when it comes to rn. i tried to follow some other tutorials while ago but every other tutorial i follow tries to teach like you know a lot already, i didn't have so much time so i skip. But now i see it's not that hard and i definitely add more animations to my work. Hope to see more content from you
Thanks Gonz for the feedback! I think I know why it isn't responding on Android. You see how the scrollview bounces when we scroll on iOS? On Android there's no extra space when we scroll. If you add some vertical padding just so it becomes scrollable, you'll see the background color changing. Hope you can give this a try...or maybe start with a different idea? :) I'm very happy you're still around, hope to see you next time!

Though Reanimated 2 is a bit of a waste of time right now. it does not support RND which is a blocker for most teams
