Passing this along. Great tip . IMPORTANT: If the installation accidentally fails (bubbles, etc.), you should always cure the glue first with a lamp (4 times in total), and then you can easily remove the protective film and install the next one instead. Otherwise the glue will run everywhere before it sets.
I bought this same kit online. I installed it without using any kit. Just need to put tape/tissue around the phone to cover holes, then level the phone on a table well, then drop the adhesive glue, and on goes the protector. You can adjust the screen protector to have even space top and bottom by pushing slowly with your nail. Works with all my cases (ringke, spigen, otterbox, and esr) best thing of all fingerprint works just as good as not having a screen protector on!!!!!
These are great screen protectors. One tip i would add in. When removing the red/green and black pegs, push down on the screen in case there has been a slight bit of leakage it will stop the screen pulling up with the peg.
I really appreciate this. Key find at 8:43 ; you did the work so we don't have to! You rock! So, do push up the screen protector a tad bit more to avoid the possible bottom lift issue. Otherwise seems to be a pretty great product if you put a sticker on the bottom during install. Thank you sir!
I just got my mine and the privacy is the best and the easy installation is better than the other's and if you have problems with your fingerprint getting read just re-register it and it'll work well.
Fitted great and even on my S23 Ultra couldn't of been happier, but 2 weeks later my Spigen case started lifting the screen protector by the power button 😢 Then a couple days later top left corner started lifting then top right corner 😢 Case I have is the Spigen Ultra Hybrid Case Clear
Well, I fitted the screen protector. I did waste two as it did have three bottles of glue and four protectors. So it was more of a guess how much fluid you actually needed to use instead of a fixed amount. It fits and works perfectly otherwise. I would use it again. But I would need more glue. The text on the back of the box provides an email address and states if you need help etc etc. I did find this to be less than helpful when I approached them to purchase more fluid. So, it's not that reassuring as far as customer services go. I did not fit the camera protectors as the case i ordered fitst did not have the large cut out, but a sliding cover instead. Something to consider first.
Just finished. You are, hands down, the best instructor. I do have an issue though. I covered the bottom holes. The glue did seep out. It's solid and it's about 3/4 inch wide and it comes out of the bottom and it curves down over the edge of my phone. I tried to get it off with my nail but it made the screen life. I had to push down and cure there again. Any clues as to how to get it off?
I took delivery of my kit this morning. The one thing I found odd was that you get 4 screen protectors and only three 3vials of glue. So this was more judgement than the prescribed amount. So, I wasted 2 of the screens. I don't know how much glue I have left for the 4th one. But now it's on it seems all good.
decided to leave my experience: I had issues with the glue leaking out randomly, tried to dab but it would pool and was difficult to see and then would dry out from under the glass. Not sure if i damaged the device by scraping off the wad of glue with a razor.... lucky it wasnt on the screen but the lower bezel. have spigen tough armor and it works... although on the second try i removed upper spacers and it just has a big gap on the bottom.. sort of lazy manufacturing or design... im returning it through amazon and listing my reason as defective.. also didnt seem necessary for template to hold it so tight, felt like i would damage my brand new device the entire time i was using it. ill leave the one on for now but just felt like it was awful. also it attracts oil really bad...
If you install the screen protector without using the spacers at the top, you get a more even gap at the top and bottom of the phone so no lifting when you use a case.
@HighTechCheck I only say this because I feel the Milomdoi protector will be a popular choice but doesn't fit with all spigen cases which is a fairly popular brand.
Great content. I will go back to glass screen protectors. With the cases I have every glass screen protector I've used, I have always lifted. So I'll stick to the film screen protector. Don't need glass with the amount of lip protection supcase unicorn beetle pro or poetic spartan or otterbox defender pro give my phone I'm not worried about my screen cracking. And if you drop it on gravel or anything like that, it won't matter it your screen protector is film or glass.
This is a great video and I used it to put the protector onto my phone last month! However, last night I dropped my phone and cracked the tempured glass. This morning when I went to take it off and replace it, a massive section in the shape of an oval is stuck to the screen. I got the glass off but the glue is still stuck. How did you get the adhesive off your phone screen once this video was completed??
Picked one of these kits up after doing a lot of research on Amazon. Installed a protector with no issues. My MAJOR gripe with these are FINGERPRINTS…🤬 There’s absolutely no oleophobic coating. So fingerprints or any type of residue smudge and smear all over the screen protector. I’ll be returning the remaining batch. (100% Don’t recommend!)
Great video thanks. I'm about to do this. I see your glass is indeed a little off? Should i push it up a little more to the edge of the top or at least so it centers between the top and bottom didn't see you really do that. To me it WOULD be bothersome to have it not centered lol. Also the company emailed me saying to cured it for 4 minutes! I think 4 min total all over. Any other pointers from anybody? Thanks!!
The assume the absorber at the top avoids glue from running into the speaker? I failed at installing the protector and the top was really messy and Im still scared that something got in there
you get what you pay for with these. they are great but the adhesion is not the best and sadly 2 of my protectors were already chipped in a corner. im not sure if it was from peeling but i wasnt happy. i have used about 8 whitestone proctors with out issue in the past. but for the price they are decent and 4 for $50 aus is WAY better then 2 for $130 for the whitestone ones
I have this on my S23 Ultra as well. Any issues with visibility on the privacy as I noticed in bright light it can be a bit darker and need to turn up the phone brightness?
I just got mine in today from having the milomdoi. This one is by far the best screen protector I've ever used. The milomdoi has uneven glass and distorts the screen resolution with the uneven adhesive that they use. This screen protector works good with the dbrand grip case. Dbrand grip case is the best case I have ever used as well
I got the kit of Mowei 3 glasses. I mucked up 2 out of 3. It would be a shame to just throw these away. I think it should be possible to dissolve the glue residue underneath the used glass with a toluene containing solvent. Only thing missing is the glue. Anyone got any ideas?
This seems like too much work. I went with MagicJohn screen protector. Its not tempered glass which I don't like, but its still so much easier and you add your fingerprint before applying the screen.
How can I remove the excess fluid that dried/hardened on the lip of my phone? I accidentally forgot to remove it before curing it. Thanks for the great video 👍
If you’re talking about the bottom edge or your phone you can use some alcohol and a wipe it away. If they doesn’t work you can use wooden toothpick to gently scrape away the residue. That’s what I did.
Any dried glue along the edges of the phone can be peeled off cleanly. When I had to do that it didn't lift the screen protector at all, both sides of my phone had cured glue. Getting a fingernail under the glue and peeling it off worked well for me.
I have this screen protector and this is by far the best screen protector I have ever bought! Highly recommend and it works great with the dbrand grip case. The dbrand grip case is my all time favorite case!
@@HighTechCheck update: i was able to avoid before-mentioned silhouette by letting the weight rest on top for an additional few minutes prior to first UV dose and then carefully removing the weight before using light at all. Very helpful video. I appreciated you covering the unexplained intricacies that weren't' in the official video.
Is that silhouette visible on screen? Also a suggestion please use white or colourful background so it gives a better picture whether there is any silhouette on screen or not in these uv glasses due to weight
I got glue on the screen at the bottom. Tips on how to get it off the screen? I'm trying alcohol but it's a good layer of glue. Edit : I got it out with alcohol wet wipes and dry wipes over and over with a little elbow grease.
Passing this along. Great tip .

🤔 hm wow I never thought of this lol I would just get upset and remove it and deal with cleaning the loca liquid
You answered my question thank you
Did this 3 times, cured 4 times each, when removing either phone or holders, got bubbles in corners, all 3 protectors where binned.
I bought this same kit online. I installed it without using any kit. Just need to put tape/tissue around the phone to cover holes, then level the phone on a table well, then drop the adhesive glue, and on goes the protector. Only person I've seen hit all the important points, installation, scratch resistance, case compatibility, and removal. Fantastic video.
These are great screen protectors. One tip i would add in. When removing the red/green and black pegs, push down on the screen in case there has been a slight bit of leakage it will stop the screen pulling up with the peg.
The concern with this screen protector is how well do the selfie photos come out since there is glue and another layer of glass over it.
Wow. Got it installed perfectly on my S23 Ultra. As you mentioned I ensure the there is not gap on the top. it covered fully without leaving a gap.

I thought the same thing, however the top section where 1 of the glue bottles sits is deeper, and has 2 vials in it.
How the speaker above the front camera is protected from glue? Whitestone DOME for example have sticker for the speaker.

I tried that. The screen doesn't align properly. Then I tried it with all spacers and it worked out better.
@@Cell-p1fthank you for checking that out!
It's awesome you showed so many screen protectors only thing that would have been a bonus would have been if you show them with soke case fits.
I’m sorry, I’ll keep that in mind for the future videos. That you for your feedback, it helps me make better content for everyone.

I have 4 really small air bubbles underneath, will they resolve themself or is there anything i can do?
How easy is it to remove, if you don't need it anymore?
i see the display issue of s23u in yours!!! bottom right end conner on 10:22 (no it's not the tempered glass it's the display)
Yeah I’m not very happy about it but Samsung is saying it’s “normal “.
Did anyone install it with a Ringke Fusion X case?
Excellent, cheers from Amsterdam.

It is no longer available on Amazon
Is that circle silhouette from the sticker, or from the uneven curing caused by uv light being used over the weight?
It’s due to the weight

@Belmont....how long do you let the weight sit? . Does the fingerprint works ?
Nice installation 😎🇮🇪👏
Thank you 😊
Best one without fingerprint reader circle?
whitestone are better overall but they are $130 AUD for 2 vs these are 4 for $50
If the protector breaks or if we have to remove it, is it easy to do it or the glue can damage the screen?
It’s fairly easy to remove and I’ve never had the glue damage my screens.
After curing with UV light and all, how hard is it to remove it?
not hard at all, it will come off quite easily and leave no residue.
Thanks so much!!!
We need rvew dome uv class not felm
Check out my review on Whitestone dome 😊
Your device have defected screen in bottom right corner samsung response to all defeated devices
Once I see a product that says military grade, I avoid it at all costs.. 😢 Thanks for the video

You can also peel the glue off the phone. Just need to lift a corner and then peel it.
so dam helpful thank you
ALLLLLL this is just SO UNNECESSARY. I just got a tempered glass and put in on
Nice
Don't waste your money. These installs are messy and no good. Choose something better
smdh wasted all three trying to install
Well my top speaker got full of glue 🫠
