Views of the scholars on music and singing
Al-Qasim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Singing is part of falsehood. Al-Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: if there is music involved in a dinner invitation (walimah), do not accept the invitation (al-Jami’ by al-Qayrawani, p. 262-263).
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The view of the four Imams is that all kinds of musical instruments are haram. It was reported in Sahih al-Bukhari and elsewhere that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that there would be among his ummah those who would allow zina, silk, alcohol and musical instruments, and he said that they would be transformed into monkeys and pigs… None of the followers of the imams mentioned any dispute concerning the matter of music. (al-Majmu’, 11/576).

There are no words to describe these beautiful and blessed islamic nations. I've been to countless European countries, visited countless churches, as beautiful as many are,I've never felt the spiritual connection people feel in mosques. Churches, with giant statues,to say creepy would be pretty much the feeling churches have always made me feel. Mosques are so pure,cleansing to the soul.

I really like it every time it’s near to praying time. Living for how people move in one direction to masjid and then 20 mins later, people leave…. Then you see people move around and bouts around the mosque until it’s near to the next praying time and then repeat.❤

The time I spent in Madina was the best time in my life. The people are so nice and friendly. I love that they always shared any food they had with them everytime I stayed for a while in the masjid. Most of them also speak my language (Indonesian) which was very convenient for me haha. Visiting raudah was also a memorable moment for me. Masyaa Allah. I hope you had the best time in Madina, too

'The palace' in this hadith is referred to the mosque of the Prophet (peace be on him) in Madinah. Now if we look at from a distance, it appears to be like a white palace. But in the time of the prophet there was no palace.

I have lived in Saudi Arabia for 7 years and we used to visit Masjid-e-Nabawi every other month almost Alhamdulillah. The feeling that you were talking about when touring this whole Masjid and offering prayer there, I can relate with you because still to this day, when I see the videos like these of the Masjid or even hear the Azaan and the Recitation in prayer, it seriously gives me chills and tears come out of my eyes. Trust me, that experience is incomparable and no matter wherever you go, you can not have that feeling anywhere else. You are blessed to be there, not many people get that opportunity. May Allah SWT grant all of us the opportunity to visit Masjid-e-Nabawi and also Masjid-e-Haram!

There’s such a different energy in Madina…. The feeling of floating and constant glow, I’m the type that questions things a lot and when someone who I met on the plane came up and said wow you’re glowing, I was like alright it’s not just in my head, lol.
2/3days before I left Madina, a sadness did set in knowing that I’ll be leaving… even though it was to Makkah, I felt so sad.

I was there a week ago and saw your video just now gave me goosebumps and emotional at the same time.. remembering the peaceful time i had with family was such a serene experience can’t be explained in words..this is not just a place it is the heart of us, the Muslims 💚 you should have gone inside Rawda Rasool SAW to pay Salam to our beloved Prophet Muhammad Sal’Allahu Alayehi Wa’Aalehi Wasallam with every prayers and wish and pray for whatever you want, the pray is never rejected by Almighty Allah SWT..

Most peaceful place ever mashallah I even had a lovely nap waiting for the next prayer to start plus they were performing extra prayer for the people who passed away 🙏 at every prayer time alhamdolayla
i just went back from Umrah last month (Sept 2022). it was my first time actually. This solat Maghrib footage does make me feel longing to be there again. Subhanallah. The most serene moment for me is IQTIDAL (after rukuk and before sujud). sometimes tears flowing down as well...
