In this game M .Bison dosen`t bleed from his eyes and there is no flame surrounding him. Is that obly in the arcade-version of this game that he does that?

He only has the psycho power shrouding him outside of tournament mode.
Also the blood in defeated portraits is removed entirely in this port.
