I know a lot of people are in to the pantena look, but nice as that truck is I would do the work and put a slick paint job on it, you have gone this far
Looks great. I may try that on mine. I did the boiled linseed oil mixed with mineral spirits and it looked great, but where it left an oily finish, it caught all the pollen and dust. It ended up with a layer of brown goo on top of my paint after a few months. Keep us posted on how it looks/works in a few months. Thanks!
yea i tried the boiled linseed oil in the passed on a different project and yes definitely way to oily. the zep has a very nice clear coat fill to it and flows out very nice
Love it! That body style f100 is my favorite! I like the lettering on the doors. You should replicate it on the drivers door. Nice patina on that one, too.

that may happen in the future but for now it's going to stay like it is.
Sharp truck genius idea. I have used that stuff on other things never thought about it on patina
Thank you
I’ve used the same product on my boat, lawn mower and motorcycle. Nice and simple. Once a year kinda deal.
Ps: slab it to the interior metal!
Absolutely. I love the look also and easy to put on.

thank you. there is one on the driver's door is just very faded out. I keep thinking of doing my logo on the doors in a fade.
@@tdchotrods9889 that would be good too!
Ya i may give that a try
Heck yea. i like it and it was super easy to put on
Is it dry to or sticky after it dries? Is gonna be a dust magnet? It’s dusty around here and gravel roads.
I may give this a try. Thanks
