That's what r*pe is about, they don't just lose control oops I r*ped someone, there is a lot of thinking and planning behind this horrible act.
No cuz then she would have told her boyfriend who it was if she knew her killer she wouldn't have called them because she was nervous to be there alone. So it could be yes brutal for personal reasons but not necessary for her she could remind him of someone and he's reflecting that rage on to her
We all knew it was a stranger. Boyfriend was called at 145, stranger in house - she was dead and police arrived by 217. She did not recognize this man. That Sheila lady was off the mark.
Stick around for a while and you will start to notice how the assets used get recycled often and are not from the case talked about, except the few photos of people. It is not like when they are talking about crime scenes or places they are using the ones from the case, just generic shots then reuse them.
One of my earliest memories is riding in the car with my mom and listening to "I Just Called to Say I Love You" on the radio. I remember the DJ introducing the song with something like, "and now the new #1 hit song...", which sounded pretty damn impressive to me, so I really listened closely when it came on. Apparently that was in 1984.
I love that you add what movies & songs were on top that specific year. Nice little bitta pop culture info to lighten up the heavy subject matter in your videos. Smart 🤔💭 Do an episode on "Parry Sound, ON 🇨🇦 " 😉🤙
Gosh that's right I only heard about this case the other day. It is so easy to fixate on someone when you're not even aware another person exists. I'm glad the lady was big enough to be able to apologise.
She did nothing to help, she hindered by trying to blame someone else, because she did not like him when she first met him. Please also ignore that she was upset to lose her roommate and was blaming him for that too. She was a do nothing OG Karen, making it into her gated community and blaming other people for things she did not like happening previously in her life, she needed a hobby.
@@Right-Is-Right If it wasn't for her calling constantly it never would have been solved. Yes she fixated on the wrong person for a while but she did help. The case was in cold case and wasn't even being looked at.
@@sonokoroxs BS she did nothing, the cold case department was set up by the PD to investigate cold cases in reply to public pressure over many cold cases. So this woman does the job that the police should have done in the first place, & not only do they ignore her over 700 times & even when she puts no small effort in to get a PI license so she can see the evidence herself, they lie to her & tell her it's gone, lost, doesn't this just show what a bunch of lazy, idle useless bastards they are, but they did apologise to her, so that makes it all better, no wonder people hate the police, even when the job is done for them they can't get it right, this case would still be on a shelf gathering dust if it wasn't for the actions of this very persistent lady.
My opinion its a man from the bar that she went table to table, I believe he followed her home. Never open your door to strangers especially late at night.
I spend a tremendous amount of time alone. Hard to imagine if someone close to me died and I could be blamed just because I spend time alone and sleep alone.
August 2016 on a Friday.. My best friend came to my house around noon & was there until 8pm. We discussed everything going on in her life at that time. The next morning at 9am, I received a call from a family member saying they had heard on their police scanner that police & paramedics had been called to her soon to be X-husbands address for her suicide/death. I know she didn't take her own life. She always told me "if I ever end up dead, he did it. I would never leave my 4 kids like that" It's been 6 years, I and many people in our small town know the truth. I miss her every damn day. Her death has changed my life forever. R.I.P MDS!!!!! I love & miss you!!!
"Terms of Endearment" took home best picture for 1983. Because they have the Academy Award ceremony happens in early Spring on the following year. So, the best picture for 1984 was "Amadeus".
If they would have arrested and charged one of these innocent men they initially looked at, there is a very high likelihood IMO that any one of them would have been found guilty and locked up for life. I say this because you put a guy in front of a jury and create a compelling story why and how he murdered a beautiful, young woman......and usually a jury is very eager to convict. Consider that the story and entire weight of the legal system behind the DA is pushing for a conviction. And people usually don't consider that a DA would seek a murder conviction.....and a police department would investigate and make an arrest of a suspect.....unless the person was guilty. I believe juries tend to view murder suspects as guilty, unless they are proved innocent. And when you add to the story the unemotional 911 call and the bizarre behavior by the boyfriend at the crime scene.......you can't tell me that this alone wouldn't likely cement the man's conviction by most juries. Who would have thought that this murder was perpetrated by a completely random, behemoth of a POS. Even her best friend had determined the wrong man was guilty and added to her story visions of her dead best friend and feelings from beyond that she was absolutely correct that this innocent man was the murderer. Who is going to question the visions of her best friend looking for justice? I hope she learned many valuable lessons from her tremendous mistake on the murder of her good friend. We likely have prisons filled with innocent men who were convicted by over-zealous police, DA's, and juries.
Agree, the friend didn't help matters. You would think after the boyfriend was cleared, his story would hold more weight especially after she studied to be private investigator. But no continued to have tunnel vision. The friend did want to acknowledge that her friend made an naive mistake from sounds of it she was too trusting.
It is always the same, sex fiend gets caught and put into prison and does not finish his sentence gets released early and rapes and kills. When will the justice system learn, these people cannot change
her instincts kicked in too late... but the minute she called him and said she regretted letting him in he should have said "follow my lead" and then tell her to respond to him telling her "yeah so me, richard, brian, chris and susan are on their way over they left 20 minutes ago on they should be there any second i'm leaving now... chris made a funny arrest tonight ask me about his arrest and then say how the guys are on their way over and how they left 20 minutes ago and should arrive any second... and repeat how chris arrested a drunk guy who had no clothes on and laugh and chris is still on duty he just wanted to bring u your birthday present...." i think this could have scared him off knowing a bunch of dudes are going to be there any second and one of them is a cop and is on duty so he is armed with his service weapon and the other guys could also be cops... the fact she hung up sealed her fate :-(
It's just outstandingly how the DNA helps solve gruesome murders that horrorized the human kind! What I say is that in the DNA formula is kept all about a Human being was, is and will be
I would’ve thought that it was pretty fishy for the boyfriend to say- “she wouldn..she COULDN’T answer the phone.” How would he know she couldn’t? Just something I would have observed then. Thanks. Enjoy
He was scared of what had happened, but the cops thought he was too cool, idiots. Also back then the cops could pull peoples phone records, so they would of known his calls started from his home phone and then from hios car phone. They were just too slow witted and as usual try to blame the closest person the the victim.
Good grief. The poor man was completely ruled out and fools will still accuse. 🙄 I hope some of you don't sit on a jury. It's genuinely frightening to me how many times I've seen people accused and even convicted due to their behavior. SMH.
Did you wonder why the certain people reacted they did in that place in Texas just a few days ago 😵😱🤮🤢😓💔❣️😢😥😭 No wonder the spirit of Sam Houston is p%%%off and enraged.
I don't understand what the point is of convicting these guys to death and then they sit on death row for years and years and never get executed why the hell should we pay for their food in their living everyday they don't deserve it
Yeah I see the problem is tracing anything back then with the exception of the landline call to 911 of course those being reported back then but yeah I don't see why somebody would let a stranger in their apartment most women are smarter than that
It is such a shame when police fixate on someone to the point that they let a killer go free. Sometimes forever.

Love your channel. 😊 ty
I never heard of this story, but as sad as they all are I'm sure it's going to be informative and interesting. I. Love how you give descriptive backgrounds of the time frame around the horrible time of these idorcity's. 😍👍🏻👏 So sad.🤦🏻♀️💔🥵
RIP Angel 🕊🌹💝🌾
God bless 👑🙏🏻🕊💙💙
What's an 'idorcity'? Do you mean 'atrocities'?
@@christophermerlot3366 Well yes then. Excuse me for a misspelling but you know what I meant because you put the correct spelling. How thoughtful of you. 🤷♀️ 👍🏻
God bless 👑🙏🏻🕊
Thank God for her determined friend, and thank you to her boyfriend, and responding officers, who took the situation seriously. Maybe it didn't save her life, but so many times we hear of cases where concerns are brushed off, and officers who knock and leave.
I gotta get up early for work.... Not before our CL 👍 THANKS FROM MISSOURI
Love seeing your new content in my feed!!
Another excellent video 👍
The system was and STILL IS BROKEN!!! WHY let evil people out of prison and they haven’t even served HALF of the sentence???? Her family should sue that prison.
Thanks CL❤️
Hey guys,I listen to your "Into the killing" podcasts on Deezer, sometimes Amazon music. You're quite a few episodes ahead on these formats, but I really enjoy hearing those stories a second time with the excellent video support, so, keep up with your great content on all your channels👍Also,I find Carters voice calm and pleasing to listen to,not boring,as he often claims😀😀
Our system of policing has to change. Citizens don’t need to be policied. Citizens need their help and justice.
She never should've let him in!
Angela was a strikingly beautiful girl, so vile that a creep couldn't control himself.
Yes! She was stunning and he is disgusting!
R*pists can control themselves just fine they aren't babies, if they do what they do is because they get turned on by the feeling of controlling a woman, they enjoy having power over her and humiliate her. That's what r*pe is about, they don't just lose control oops I r*ped someone, there is a lot of thinking and planning behind this horrible act.
No cuz then she would have told her boyfriend who it was if she knew her killer she wouldn't have called them because she was nervous to be there alone. So it could be yes brutal for personal reasons but not necessary for her she could remind him of someone and he's reflecting that rage on to her
Yeah it being said to be a stranger should have changed the line of enquiry to the bar.
We all knew it was a stranger. Boyfriend was called at 145, stranger in house - she was dead and police arrived by 217. She did not recognize this man. That Sheila lady was off the mark.
I read her poem on her head stone and WOW! It’s a poem that makes you think. Beautiful young lady sadly died a beautiful young lady.
Your editing is unparalleled.
I was 13 in 1984 and a habit of rewriting songs. This quickly became 'I Just Called to Say You're Ugly.' Move over Weird Al.
I love that you add what movies & songs were on top that specific year. Nice little bitta pop culture info to lighten up the heavy subject matter in your videos. Smart 🤔💭
Do an episode on "Parry Sound, ON 🇨🇦 " 😉🤙
Omg how insane, because I am also a Zeta! How sad to have lost a sister this way :/
hi
Cases like this make you think about just how many go unsolved.
Rip Angela
Thanks, Robert.
Gosh that's right I only heard about this case the other day. It is so easy to fixate on someone when you're not even aware another person exists. I'm glad the lady was big enough to be able to apologise.
Sheila is a bird! Top result from a top lass, now Angela can rest in eternal peace 🌹
Not the crackpot geted community Karen that the cops landed up passing to the cop eing punished for something.
all she did was carry hate in her heart and needed to get a hobby, not waste time and resources.
@@Right-Is-Right like the hate you’re carrying for the ‘gated community’? I wonder if she was jealous somehow too....
Thank god for amazing friends!
UPDATE: The monster died in prison Oct '22.
👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Man, I really look forward to these videos. Hope my hometown gets listed!
I hope that you *don’t* get listed!
@@Jaggededge112 Oh wow you were so close, not, do you want a medal or cookie?
@@Right-Is-Right my comment was not meant like that. I apologize. I took it down.
The investigators/police was no good here but I blame the parole board the most, how do you set free such a monster? Come on!!!
Thanks CL🙏💔🤬
On paranormally listed can you do one on Lizzy Borden.
My namesake. 40 whacks.
What exactly is paranormal about that case? Am I missing something?
The 1970's seems to have been the era of early release from jail for no particular reason....
Thank goodness for friends.
I spend a tremendous amount of time alone. Hard to imagine if someone close to me died and I could be blamed just because I spend time alone and sleep alone.
Why would she let such a big guy in her house at that hour? That was really really dumb
🌱I like your style. Everything is seamless and smooth..🏹
🪁🪁🪁
Most enjoyable.
Thank you. 🪁
I like your old into song. What happened?
Dude, where was Angela's family during all this??
I was in elementary school when I saw the challenger blow up on TV in school. I was very freaked out about it.
The FIRST woman in space was the Soviet female astronaut Valentina Tereshkova 😊
The pop culture/music facts thrown into this brutal true crime story is throwing me off 🥴😂
Did y’all hear my ‘French?’ I thought she said a ‘strange man’? No one would do that, especially a lady living alone!! The attack was very personal!!!
But it wasn't personal. She didn't know her attacker.
what's the name of music that starts at 3:20?????
August 2016 on a Friday.. My best friend came to my house around noon & was there until 8pm. We discussed everything going on in her life at that time. The next morning at 9am, I received a call from a family member saying they had heard on their police scanner that police & paramedics had been called to her soon to be X-husbands address for her suicide/death. I know she didn't take her own life. She always told me "if I ever end up dead, he did it. I would never leave my 4 kids like that"
It's been 6 years, I and many people in our small town know the truth.
I miss her every damn day. Her death has changed my life forever.
R.I.P MDS!!!!! I love & miss you!!!
“The brilliant Stevie Wonder” 😂😂😂
"Terms of Endearment" took home best picture for 1983. Because they have the Academy Award ceremony happens in early Spring on the following year. So, the best picture for 1984 was "Amadeus".
Cop just really drop the damn ball in so many cases. So many cold cases could be solved if the cops didn't suck at their job. Honestly.
Imagine loving your former friend so much that decades later you get a pi license to help solve it
I'm sorry, but the 1984/2004 comparison was hilarious because you sounded so disappointed.
Grateful you sorted your voice. Great content.
Constructive criticism helps 👍
That was the best idea for a commercial for best fiends!
It’s one they all use, I think the game suggests they say it
The dude was 6'3" and 285 lbs (190cm and 130kg), I'm sure he barged his way in, whether she wanted him there or not.
AMAZING.....................................................
Yikes...he looks horrifying.
Waiting for the next one to be released on Spotify
My mom's Name is Sheila and she's a Bad Ass too!
All women are "Sheilas" in Australia 😋 (it's a nickname for women)
Light a candle
Omg..I love Tomas the Train 💕🚂🚂
Whats with all the filling info of current artists and movies ?
Never been so early
I like the way y’all compare the music and movies according how long the murder occurred. It represents how much time has went by.
It is always the same, sex fiend gets caught and put into prison and does not finish his sentence gets released early and rapes and kills. When will the justice system learn, these people cannot change
She was beautiful!
It’s a shame that rapists and killers go free way earlier than they should.
On October 20, 2022 the murderer of this woman died a natural death (heart attack) while on death row.
her instincts kicked in too late... but the minute she called him and said she regretted letting him in he should have said "follow my lead" and then tell her to respond to him telling her "yeah so me, richard, brian, chris and susan are on their way over they left 20 minutes ago on they should be there any second i'm leaving now... chris made a funny arrest tonight ask me about his arrest and then say how the guys are on their way over and how they left 20 minutes ago and should arrive any second... and repeat how chris arrested a drunk guy who had no clothes on and laugh and chris is still on duty he just wanted to bring u your birthday present...." i think this could have scared him off knowing a bunch of dudes are going to be there any second and one of them is a cop and is on duty so he is armed with his service weapon and the other guys could also be cops... the fact she hung up sealed her fate :-(
Thankfully no one gets to choose what is risque clothing anymore.. what a stupid defense!!
That is a good friend. Yes!
@23:07 Who could have predicted she was murdered by Jaba The Hut?
❤️
It's just outstandingly how the DNA helps solve gruesome murders that horrorized the human kind! What I say is that in the DNA formula is kept all about a Human being was, is and will be
Look up The Crime Atlas, great new true crime channel, JCS inspired. Loving it x
Don’t need to be knocking at anybody’s door asking for a phone today, so he won’t be opening the door. Stay safe
I would’ve thought that it was pretty fishy for the boyfriend to say- “she wouldn..she COULDN’T answer the phone.” How would he know she couldn’t? Just something I would have observed then. Thanks. Enjoy
I think he might have been nervous in general and just stumbled on his words.. I know I do that
He was scared of what had happened, but the cops thought he was too cool, idiots. Also back then the cops could pull peoples phone records, so they would of known his calls started from his home phone and then from hios car phone. They were just too slow witted and as usual try to blame the closest person the the victim.
@@Right-Is-Right tbf statistically it normally is someone the victim knows.
I don't understand what the point is of convicting these guys to death and then they sit on death row for years and years and never get executed why the hell should we pay for their food in their living everyday they don't deserve it
Lazy, incompetent cops make me so angry 😠
18:51 - That younger Son looks exactly like my younger son! wow
I would like to know more about the murder of my grandfather. His name was Jeff Taylor from Kentucky.
😬
How awful!
What year did that happen?
This case was solved in spite of the DPD....
Why would she open the door to stranger especially that late at night.
Yeah I see the problem is tracing anything back then with the exception of the landline call to 911 of course those being reported back then but yeah I don't see why somebody would let a stranger in their apartment most women are smarter than that
