I own the curved version of this monitor, and initially, I experienced significant ghosting issues while playing Warzone 2. I was about to switch to an IPS display, but I discovered that adjusting to FPS and RPG settings, along with applying a cool tone, effectively resolved the ghosting problems. Now, I can enjoy playing Warzone 2 without any ghosting issues! And also my monitor maxed out to 165hz on the box with the included display port.
im typing this while using the monitor, and have been for almost 2 weeks. I gotta say its an amazing and impressive monitor for the price it is, the 1440p quality is great it gives a beautiful and sharp image while not being hardware demanding (when playing games). the 145hz isnt anything to brag about but again for the price its awesome. When i bought this i underestimated the size, it was actually slightly larger than i imagined and i love it. i think being ANY larger would be annoying cause itd be out of my peripheral vision and wouldnt be ideal for gaming.
@@skribbles1289bro how do you get volume? Monitor got delivered today for my ps5. My pc is being delivered next week so I figured I would use it for me ps5 until then. I set it up, plugged it in. No sound. Please help!
If anyone's come here, like me, wondering what those for extra bolts are, they're extender bolts and you can raise the monitor up about an inch with them.
Koorui is a brand created by HKC, the third-largest display manufacturer in China, who in turn also created displays for others too (ASUS, MSI, etc). so they can charge a much cheaper price compared to those others too, a bit like NVIDIA FE vs AIB situation. Very nice video, good job~
I’ve bought this monitor a week ago and collected it Saturday only okay a few times on it came home from work yesterday went to up on and started to see white lines across my screen just repackaged it about to send it back to get it replaced or get my money back my friend have the same monitor btw and his works perfectly fine this is the first monitor I’ve bought and it already stressing me out in the first couple of days
Very nice as soon as I get paid and or it goes on sale during Prime Day I will pick this bad boy up to replace/upgrade my 2ndary monitor since my main is a 1440p ultrawide 165hz. :)
I never do that erratic movement you are doing to get the ghosting. I don't really notice these things you guys obsess over. Same with side by sides. They always look the same to me. But I am 46 and my eyes are shot. Mine arrives tomorrow cos I struggle reading on my 55 inch lg nano cell 120 hertz TV I use as a monitor
Mine came and it was 165 hertz which was a bonus. What is yours. His is 144 hertz. I came back here when I saw your comment. The monitors ok. Looks crap compared to my LG nanocell 55 inch but that was £700 TV lol. Its the lack of HDR on this screen thats a bummer though. it's good for what I bought it for though a 2nd screen nearer to me so I can move windows to near me to read stuff etc. Do play games on it sometimes but they look great on my TV so thats only when I'm gaming while watching TV I do that. . Good for the price as a 2nd screen though. Mine has a different UI as well a red one. Bit annoying though but the 165 hertz was a bonus seems I ordered a 144 hertz one. @@CLOUD_7_7_7_7
Man i am really confused, i am looking fir a new monitor and the price difference between a 1080p and 1440 monitor 27 inch is huge, people are saying that 1080p looks bad on 27 inch, my budget is tight and i am a nornal to somewhat medium user not a heavy gamer. I am confused.
1080p on 27inch will make small texts bad to read, 1080p on 24inch is match made in heaven as small texts will be readable, 1440p is the best resolution for 27inch, make use of your budget on whats your taste
Do not buy this monitor. I got it today and the after images sucks ass on games especially on darker games. I thought it was a me thing so I search online for a solution, apparently others were reporting issues about this specific problem too. I came to this video just so I could correctly put back the parts in the box and return it.
I know I'm late but the key thing is pixel density. You'll find these common combinations below because of how 'dense' a resolution would look like image-wise: 1080p 24 in 1440p 27 in 4k 32 in and above 1440p with 32 in looks and feels like 1080p 24 in, just bigger because of this. 27in and 1080p looks like 720p to my eyes just a tiny bit better. If you're a tryhard FPS gamer, go for a budget 1080p 24in IPS monitor because IPS monitors have less ghosting generally.
I have this exact monitor and an wanting to mount it to a monitor arm is that possible? Is the round bit removable? Or do i need a specific arm mount? Thanks in advance

Koorui is dope man, I bought a similar monitor but with 170hz and I’m floored 👏🔥 this review taught me so much btw, thanks again man 😊💯

Thank you 🙏🏿 liked and shared
how is the display quality with Macbook Pro M1?
anyone know the best settings to use for this monitor?
Can anyone help me my monitor broke and I can’t find the model number for my warranty
They have an ips version. Maybe that has less ghosting
Pls try the koorui ips 27E3QK 1440p 240hz monitor. It's cheap Idk bout the performance tho pls review it
cant be worst than the dell s2722dgm. Man the black smearing on that monitor is horrendous.
Yo how did you change the input? mine just says HDMI not connected then goes to sleep immediately, Im using a display port :/
Is it true it doesn’t have audio and u need to buy speakers and plug them in to hear sound from it?
Did you ever fix this?
Im purchasing a second mointor a hp x27i would you say its better than this its an ips screen
Do kooriu 27e3qk
is there no audio ?
Basically 80% of budget monitors doesn’t have audio in them
I did pick up the dell va at 205

downward facing ports is a deal breaker. it's super obnoxious when you're trying to cable manage with a monitor arm
Fairly cringe take considering the price, just get 90 degree cables for like 10 bucks each
