Diesel knights has so much potential and I’m excited to see it grow!!! Let me know what you guys think in the comments! Appreciate you all for stopping by!
I'm still amazed by how much visual detail they've already packed into even just this mostly experimental stage of the game. I wonder how far they'll end up willing and able to take this project. I mean we have seen some crazy solo dev and indie mini team feats in recent years, so there is no telling where all this might go eventually. It's certainly looking promising already either way though.
@@remor698 i agree with you with 100% there is lots of nice visual detail already. it definitely needs some more time to cook but so far it really does look like it could be something good! I agree with you again about lots of solo and mini dev gaming feats, I think if he gets the money and a few more people on the team it would help the game a lot! Thank you man for watching and giving your opinion! Appreciate you! 😎
@@BrandonBrogen you said man!! When you’re playing you can really feel the potential in the game and I’m really excited how far it will come and I’ll be keeping a close eye on it from now on for sure!!! Thanks for watching and commenting appreciate you!! 😎
This looks sick! Titanfall has lots of fans feeling bumbed and left out ever since EA and Respawn has been paying more attention to apex. I hope someday, somone at EA or Respawn will see Diesel Knights and realize that Titanfall has influenced lots of gamers and artists. Unfortunately, i don't think they'll do anything with Titanfall anymore. And if they do it probably won't be as good as it once was. As for Diesel Knights, I hope the game becomes a success and the Dev(s) get enough support and funding to help with the process. I can see lots happening with this game in the future and think it'll create a FanBase of its own, rather being called a Titanfall clone. I also really love the Diesel-Punk aesthetic, I'd like to see more concept art aswell 🤔
@@AngryFraug hey man thanks for watching and giving a good opinion! I do think personally that ea has made a big mistake leaving titanfall in the dust but maybe like you said if they ever rekindled it maybe it would never hit the same! Titanfall and titanfall 2 could have been one of those lightening in a bottle ideas that can never be done again! I will still play titanfall 2 as long as it’s playable though as I love it so much! As for diesel knights I aswell hope they get the funding they need to develop this game further and I agree with what your saying about one day I think it will create its own fan base without the title “titanfall clone” because it’s really not! It’s definitely similar alright, very very similar as obviously it’s a titanfall inspired game but at the same time has its own identity! Thanks so much man for watching and commenting, really appreciate it and hopefully see you in the next video! 😎
@@gmac049 I'm really looking towards the lore and world building, diesel knights has the same movement formula as Titanfall so it makes sense that people would assume it's a "Titanfall Clone". but having a story and an immersive game world will make it stand out as it's own game a little more. It's still a prototype though and all of the world building isn't that important as of now. I really love the fact that backflips are possible in a game like this, styling on your opponents is extremely cool xD. I also can't wait to see if there will be a grapple hook mechanic in Diesel Knights, it works really well in Titanfall but I'm not entirely sure if it'll be as good or similar with it being a completely different engine. @@PixelPusher1977 the future definitely looks bright for it! Now all they need is the funding and some more time and we will have a winner! Apex is not cutting the mustard that is for sure! Thanks for watching! 😎
Does it have the uhh Source-y physics where you can b-hop or slide-hop to some degree which lets you build up momentum? It raised the skill ceiling to movement in the game which was pretty cool. Also I sincerely hope no CAR analog..... I just genuinely hate it because the people in my region are usually just pragmatic maybe to a fault I guess, which just makes it not fun to play at times. I'm not even good at aiming mind you but I used the CAR a few times myself and it was just more decent to use but it is objectively not fun. It was more fun to fight against people who had to compensate for their weapon's weaknesses, like with the Kraber, any of the Grenadier stuff, Mastiff, Mozambique, Wingmans, etc.. I'm sorry for writing up an essay, I just initially wanted to ask about whether the game has Source-inspired physics and I then thought about the CAR and my heart just sank

Enfin bref, je vous souhaite le meilleur. Prenez bien soin de vous et des vôtres.
I really hope he gets rid of the precision weapons, it's not movement friendly. Even in your own gameplay you guys kinda stop moving because it's too hard to hit each other while moving.
@@dumpsterjedi9323 yes I get you like adding fully auto, like an smg for example so you can hip fire in mid air during fights! I’d say fully auto guns will be introduced there’s no doubt when the game gets more time and development hours! Thanks for watching! Appreciate you!
@gmac049 it's not even about full auto guns, I hate smg's in titanfall. It's more about having guns that make you rely on movement, and highly discourage camping. That's titanfalls biggest problem and I'd hate to see it follow the same path. But it's in pre alpha, I'm not judging it yet.
@@hungryduckling1345 yeah I was constantly trying to do flips my self but possibly that’s a mechanic they left out for the playtest. They might incorporate it when the game is fully released?

Can confirm it has quake like movement, much like source games. It feels like a tweaked titanfall 2 with slightly slower falls and movement.
