Prong setting a 2 mm stone

Setting accent stones is one of my favourite things to do when working with wire. Admittedly, setting this small a stone was a bit tricky but hey, we all love a bit of a challenge. 😂

This takes some extreme finesse and skill. But you did it, and beautifully so! Wire is such a flexible medium to use, figuratively and literally. You can do SO many things with a roll of copper wire, it's amazing! If you can think it, you can do it! 🙌 Love your work!

I use a watch makers pair of pliers. They have a very thin tip. 😊

It's just practice, but I also have a tendency to work with long wires and use them up as I go along.

If you can work with that small a stone and thin wire then yes. The setting would have to be made smaller to fit the stone.
