12:00 i watched this part 5 times in 0.25 speed and jesse was the first one to grab the bar. The other guy grabbed it fast aswell but it slipped from his hand and larry caught it at last. I feel like jesse saved his life by reducing the weight of initial impact on his neck. Ofc jesse alone wouldn't have been able to help much but i feel if not for jesse the guy on the bench would have been hurt.

I’m 37 and since 13 I’ve been overweight till last year when I had a gastric bypass going from 312lbs to 180lbs I’ve always dreamed of being about this weight and toned and I find myself looking for help beholding muscle hence the UA-cam videos. But you are providing me with so much enthusiasm to keep going !! I just wanted to say thank you for what you are doing.
