Pastor Datina Herd and Meditating Life Center Sunday Service, “God’s Promised Presence”, from Standard Lesson Quarterly, in conjunction with teaching based upon the theme of 2nd week of Advent - PEACE. SCRIPTURE: Psalm 139. Like David, the recognition that God is omnipresent (everywhere all at once), as well as omniscient (all knowing) can bring awe, fear, or sometimes feel restrictive (hemmed in) or overwhelming. But as we learn more about God and His love for us by reading, studying and learning His Word; through prayer; and by experiencing life in Christ (placing our trust in the promises of God), we have and keep faith, hope and joy! We gain and keep peace and confidence in knowing that wherever we are or find ourselves, He will be with us and for us, protecting, providing, and guiding our steps. Hallelujah!
