As an artist. How I save money on this? I go to thrift stores. Antique malls or dumpster dive. Find all the frames in whatever size they come in. And then..... Here's where I learned to save money too. Go to Home Depot. And I learned this from the you tube artist Stuart Davies. But thin plywood and have it cut to fit the various frames that I purchased already. Viola. All you have to is gesso the panels and then with the paint. Create your masterpieces. You should see my landscapes and portraits. All done for under a cost of 10 dollars for plywood AND frame. Paint cost is another story. But. My living room walls look like a gallery
