750K is a steal for any serious helicopter. Really. They usually sit at more than 2M.

Nifty and all but guaranteed not to be released anywhere near that price, and i'll believe it when there's actual footage of the thing flying. They've made cool prototypes like this but not a single one has flown yet, nor has their engine been tested for the required hours for certification apparently.

Can I use CGI $750K to buy one? You give me nothing real, I give you nothing real. Hopefully the engineers budget is higher than the marketing budget.
Far to much hog wash on pretty design and comfort. Air conditioning, in jet aircraft has been around for over 50 years. A cockpit that is completely different to anything else, have fun getting that certified. Pilot conversation time will be nearly as long as doing their licence. In house engine that is more that just about power. It's pretty and streamlined. More hog wash. Have fun getting that passed too. A new engine fir a helicopter from a company that never made an engine before. That's a ten year process to certification. Don't get me wrong, I love innovation, but by the time this is certified, everyone will be flying electric multi rotor copters.

You are right on the money. And the cost alone for a new jet engine is at least $500k alone. I find it interesting that they think they can produce something better than Turbomeca or P&W engine that has years an years of development and R&D with unlimited budget. I saw the engine at heli expo. It's nothing special.
Look into it a little more, you might be surprised. And, btw, they're not saying AC has never been in jet aircraft, they're saying it's standard in theirs. Type rating will be approx. 5 hours
The heli does not exist yet, the first prototype has not even been built and flown, this video speaks of it like its a real thing lol
The price is unclear: it is cheaper than the robinson r66, which is strange.
Even if they made the leep from CGI and toy models, (that don't fly) they would never sell it for $750,000!
