Can you explain why one's application status may turn into "Archived"

Hi Kellie... Are you referring to your preview as the applicant, or as the Recruiter/software user? I'll assume candidate with my answer. It's likely that the Recruiter should've sent rejection emails (recruiting term even though it sounds harsh) assuming you didn't get one. There are a few other unlikely scenarios but this is the most likely.

Thank for showing this. Although I can't help but feel that the whole recruitment process is very dehumanizing.
Everything is just a number, and each person is just a statistic in a software. Lucky if the user if good, but if the user is bad, odds are always against you. It's crazy.
