Endomorph here ✋ I lost 20 pounds in 7 weeks with green tea in the morning, 1 hour cardio in the morning, 30 mins strength training at night, mostly plant based, wild caught fish, gallon of water daily, sleeping 6-8 hours a night and intermittent fasting 20 hours with a 4 hour eating window. Life changer.

I will be 50 in November. In prepping for 50 , I started to walk and joined a weight loss challenge and lost 25lbs. I also did keto. My weakness is snacking and yes, if it’s in the house I will eat it. For lent, I gave up rice and bread. So proud of that. You look beautiful......will check out the snake diet.

I am on day 12 and the first week I did not loose anything, but wanted to share with you the scale is moving. I am down 6lbs. Yay! I also did start eating your tuna salad and counting calories on my fitness pal. Praise the Lord! Thank you so much Reg for your encouragement and sharing your journey. Hi, Reggi! I just saw your interview on Kayla's Six Miles To Supper Channel and then came over to your channel. I have been doing the 16:8 fasting with a Keto-like protocol for about a month and have not lost weight. Like you, I don't have a lot of weight to lose (20-25 pounds), but I'd like to get it off and be done with it. I've been considering OMAD, and learned in Dr. Fung's IDM group that it's not really fasting and long-term may result in a decrease in BMR. Consequently, I've decided to start ADF and then use OMAD as my maintenance strategy, which sounds a lot like what you did by starting with the 48 hour fasting. Anyhow, I find your story very inspiring and I'm looking forward to experiencing the same success as you. Thanks for sharing!

Glorious Rising and a happy Saturday to you and yours. Yes again our journey is similar, surgery (s), eating lifestyle, exercising, fasting choices, and not loosing but gaining weight. I am actually now down to two meals a day since I started to view your video and only snacked yesterday, following a 16/ 8 intermittent fasting schedule. That fasting schedule I have been on since October 5th of last year and not bragging because I was not making wise meal choices and lots of snacking as you've said. I use to do green drink smoothies before my most recent surgery that was preceded by a lot of vomiting, and that was the last thing I had before I vomited and went to the emergency room, not saying green drink was the cause, and I have not been able to acquire the taste for it, for some reason. I have been consistent in drinking lemon cayenne water daily since October of last year, and have done apple cider vinegar in water at times, and only since viewing your videos do I now add a capful of apple cider vinegar in 8oz of water, what I can really stomach. I'm very happy to say that I've been drinking 8-8oz a day of water successful since I started watching your videos, so about three days consistently now, today making 4. I already had my lemon cayenne apple cider vinegar water and an additional 8 ounces of water for the morning. I will indeed be sure not to snack again because I was doing well up until yesterday and I felt amazing and also will look into the OMAD option. I am nervous to say the least, stress and others around you can affect your eating lifestyle without a doubt, and I will freely, lovingly, and guilt freely get back on track and do what works for me. I'm hoping I can pull of OMAD, call it vanity if "you" like but I can and will definitely benefit from ridding my already small frame body of all this weight, I don't like how I feel about myself at times, I do not welcome the body aches, I don't like it, and I want and will change it, God willing, I know I am. Alrighty onwards and upwards right. As always I appreciate your time, love, shared experience, expertise, and thank you. Jai Namaste 🙏🏽😘✨💞🤗

Tried vegetarian in college. I gained weight so fast it was amazing. Everyone talked about the Daniel was fatter. He wasn't fasting. Any preacher that now mentions a Daniel fast and weight loss I take very meticulous notes to know exactly what scripture he's misread and or misrepresenting as his talk proceeds. Just getting into unorganized intermittent fasting. I think it was Elijah that was fasting and God sent an angel to feed him. When the job or someone is buying and I'm more than a meal time skipped, I'll pickup the fast after.

I forgot to share that it's so interesting when you were saying how the man that presents the snake diet says just don't eat, our family doctor years ago had said that very thing to me when I was trying so hard to lose weight and after just having my children. I Remember her words like it was yesterday cuz I was trying to exercise I was sleepy I was homeschooling she was like, "Sister you have children and you're doing so much you need to rest you are getting up before the crack of dawn making prayers and then trying to exercise, you need to go back to sleep and try to rest before those children get up, just don't eat!" I thought it was the funniest thing when I told my husband we just cracked up but over the years and even more now, I'm realizing that's what I have to do, just don't eat. I'm sure I'm going to be in for a great but welcoming shock from viewing the snake diet video. As I was attempting to view it moments ago my 6 year old granddaughter just waking quietly walked up next to me and just as I noticed the first thing on his board, he started to speak and while pushing pause turned her way and her eyes opened wide 🤣🤣🤣. She immediately started to say, " Oh grandma that's foolishness Mrs. Garcia said, 'oh we can't listen to him that's foolishness'." 🤣🤣🤣 Mrs. Garcia is her kindergarten teacher. Thankfully enough she was only referring to how he was sounding excitedly, she didn't fully hear what he started off saying cuz I paused it immediately, she started to make some crazy sounds with her mouth saying her teacher couldn't show the class the video because the person was just making senseless sounds. 🤣🤣🤣🤭. Boy, this is going to be a treat listening to him today, I can hardly wait, I'll let you know🤣🤣🤣😘🙏🏽✨

Great interview with Kayla! Blessings on caring for your mom. I did the same. Would like to know more about dry fasting. You have such a gorgeous smile! You seem to have the personality to encourage and even coach others. I am on day 52 of OMAD. I am quite rigid and I'm determined to get this weight off. I have about 25 pounds to go before maintaining at 145. I am currently researching as much as I can as to how to maintain when I reach my goal weight. Any more advice? Thanks.

Love OMAD wow! Thank you so much for the wonderful compliments and watching the interview with Kayla! Your regiment is right on point! Kudos to you! I would keep doing what you’re doing on the all mad one thing I was suggest is to watch the carbs on those meals as they do cause havoc. I had to stop eating chicken for a while as I found that caused me to gain some weight back during the OMAD. I have some videos on dry fasting although I will make some more regarding it in my regimen. I do dry fast daily and rehydrate at night with my meal. I find that my appetite is suppressed while dry fasting instead of water fasting. Look forward to seeing you around the channel! Appreciate you!🌺💕🌻

Hi Reggie, I’m 45 years old had 2 major surgeries last year, first was a hemi-colectomy for diverticulitis in March, then had a cysectomy, ovectomy and appendectomy all 3 in one in November so I went from 60kg to 74kg because for the first surgery they had me on a drip of 90% fat and 10% soya for 10days. I’ve recently started IF just a week in on the 16-8 I can feel a little difference my scale shows I lost 1.8kg but I need to lose all I’ve gained go back to my original weight. I too saw you on 6miles to fitness and came rushing here to subscribe. I’m using the my fitness pal app so it helps me to count calories. Although most of the days I’ve found I only have cofffee tea then I drink ACV, lemon and honey in 1000 of water it keeps me full so I only end up having one meal at dinner time. I hope to see more of you and I’m currently still watching your videos.

Cecilia Connick hi there! So sorry for my delayed response! I just saw your comment. My bf has diverticulitis also and it is nothing to take lightly, but I do have a touch of colitis and the IF is a great way to attack the inflammation. So I get it...with the weight gain after surgery. I’ve been there...you are doing the right regimen. I appreciate you and hope
You are still watching the channel! Much blessings. 💕💕🙌🏽😌🌻

RegEdited I’m doing really good this week on OMAD!
      Thank you for the inspiration.
I’ve lost about 4lbs this week only eating one meal a day and drinking the ACV In the morning and at night before I go to bed I also have been drinking 2 L of water one of which I do the snake recipe.
I also add plain electrolytes to the other liter.
I really want to try the 48 hour fast then re-feed and fast again. Did you do that at 1st ? If you did, how long did you do that ? For the full 2 weeks ??
I wanted to switch from my I F eating to OMAD first.
I have kids and a husband at home with me so it makes it hard to straight fast for that long and not be overly tempted and overly grumpy fasting for so long.
I’m going to keep tightening up my eating window to two hours because I am giving myself four hours this week. I also did 2 Hot yoga classes and plan on doing them all month . Again, thanks for your lead 💕
But I am so tired of this weight. I had breast cancer eight years ago had a double mastectomy and a hysterectomy. I’ve been on hormone blocking medication for seven years now. The doctor wants me to stay on it for a full 10yr because I was diagnosed at an early age. I’m doing great they say I’m clinically healed praise God! But being on tamoxifen the hormone blocker is known to add weight. I am a part time yoga teacher full-time mommy and I thought this weight thing I wouldn’t struggle with after my diagnosis. But then my mom passed away last year and I started to eat at night and snack a lot more during the day and i’ve gained 15 pounds. I thought it wouldn’t be so hard to take it off . I’m only 5’2.
But that is all behind me now .I know my mom is at peace and I know I can get this weight off with a plan thanks to your inspiration and videos . Thanks for responding to me . You are a light my friend . Keep doing all the good things you are doing ! They matter and make a difference in people’s lives you haven’t even met ! God bless 💕🙏🏽😉👍🏽🙌🏽

I’m ready to drop it (& 13 more) for good! I think it’s almost more challenging to just drop 15-20 because everyone thinks that’s the norm & I hide it well, so have to keep these thoughts to myself. And not compare to what’s the norm these days; want to feel comfortable for me. Do you mind me asking how tall you are?

love7 loyalty if you are most hungry while working overnight and that should be your window to choose to eat. Personally I eat at night early dinners but if you have your lunch break in the middle of the night I’m sure that would be fine because you’re still awake and you’re still burning calories. Don’t be too hard on yourself... maybe you need two meals while working. It’s all about how short your eating window is to lose the weight. And most of all you need good sleep. The weight is tough to come off if you’re not getting 7 to8 hours sleep at least. I hope that helps. Thanks for watching! 💛

Carla Cherne you are too kind! Thank you. I have one video but not sure if anyone wants to see more of those. Definitely something to consider. Thank you so much for your feedback.🌻👍🏽🌺💯
