Marami ay hindi naman binentahan ng products kundi niresetahan ng gamot. So I highly suggest giving it a chance. A: Take these into consideration first: office hours (M-F 8AM-4PM) ba kayo nag-message? Did you message politely and in a way na madali maintindihan? Have you tried messaging all 10 of the accredited hospitals/institutions instead of trying just 1 or 2? Also, dahil free service ito, do consider na marami rin talagang naka-"pila" for their free online consultation. So try your luck with all 10 accredited institutions. For those na may budget, kung di talaga kayo makapag-antay sa free consult, this is why we have paid clinics (other derm clinics na may fee) so they can attend to you immediately. But again, it's optional. Ang binabayaran mo doon is instant service. But if willing to wait ka and nagtitipid, free consultation with PDS-accredited institutions is the way to go. ❤️
Hello, I just want to know your thoughts about this. Can I use Oxecure Cleanser (the blue one w/ salicylic 0.2%) and tretinoin (0.025%) with the same routine? Is it okay? Or it will be irritating to my skin?

Huwag makulit na gumagamit ng RDL or Rejuv lalo na kung hindi kayo nagsearch or knowledgeable sa result/consequences ng paggamit ng products na to. Kase for sure mas magiging pricey ang gastos kapag nadamaged na ang skin.

Okay kwento ko lang experience ko. 2016-2017 Curiosity Stage: - Nung mga panahon na 'to marami na talaga ako mga bumps or pa isa isang pimple na tumutubo, usually never sila nag iiwan ng marks pero sa ilong lagi oo. Naaalala ko SOBRANG laki ng pimple ko sa ilong tuwing lalaban ako ng journalism and sobrang nakakahiya. Pero glad na never ako nag putok ng tigyawat means hindi ako nag ka scar. So dito nag iisip nako what to use for my face kahit sabon lang kasi sobrang OA ng family ko pag may ginamit sa face labeled as "bakla" na. Typical filipino toxic traits. 2017-2018: Sobrang sikat ng aloevera gel dito and micellar water. May kakalse akong genetically clear skin means maganda skin nya dahil sa genes. Nag recommend siya sakin Micellar water daw gamitin ko after maligo. So ginawa ko naman, mas pumuti mukha ko non pero glad hindi ako nag kaka irritation. Not until ambilis ko mamula. Nag decide ako bumili ng aloevera gel non sa Bench HAHA. Nung una okay lang na eenjoy ko mag "skincare" kuno kahit walang sunscreen kasi akala ko pag mag swimming lang yon. I recommend EAMC, SPMC, JRMMC kasi more on messenger chat or call lang sila. 4.) Kapag may napili na kayong hospital, i-search nyo sa facebook yung FB Page nung hospital. 5.) Mag message po kayo (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm) for free consultation. 6.) Dati addicted ako sa rejuv sets. Na try ko na kung anu ano brand, kilala or hindi. Pero na realize ko short term lang yung ganda ng effect. Long term delikado. Kaya ngayon ginawa ko gentle skincare lang like cetaphil cleanser and lotion. Mas ok pa talaga
Pinayagan ako mag RDL ng derm. And that was the best decision i ever had. For 5months of using (may 1 month rest) all dark spots, acne, premature aging like wrinkles. Nawala tlga lahat! Yes part ung pamumula, dryness and flaking. Basta i consult mo muna sa derm. ❤️

I'm already 45 years old and nadiscover ko lang ang proper skincare early this year. Was using kahit anong soap lang (kasama na din kojic hehe) ang meron sa CR and hindi ako gumagamit ng sunscreen. Pang Halloween story talaga mga besh! 🙈 Good thing i also discovered tretinoin from fb skincare groups, and kahit wala masyadong issues, i still consulted a Derm regarding its proper use.. I was using Ryx starter kit and clear bomb before, when I noticed that my skin problems became cycle. I then stopped using them and started using Cosrx products which are my holy grail. Doesn't sting and make my face red anymore. It also makes my skin looks healthier!

Nag stop ako ng rejuv. Gmit ko thayers lang & serum or aloe vera . Pero pag may every 3 moths gumagamit ako kahit 2 to 3 days lang . ok naman kahit madalang lanG.

Just sharing my experience. Over the past few months, i've tried a lot of products na sa tingin ko sagot sa lahat ng mga punyeta sa muka ko. Around march, nag start yung worse acne breakout ko! And at that time sa sobrang inis ko i look here in yt about the products that can help with my concern. Halos lahat na ata nagamit ko. I even buy some products na pagka mahal mahal pero di man lang gumana sa skin ko! After that, i even try gentle products kasi my skin is very sensitive, acne prone and very oily like pwedeng pwede ka mag prito ng itlog sa ibabaw. even gentle products didnt work with my skin. Sobrang hirap ako at that time humanap ng product na hihiyang sakin. Hindi ko na masyado ikukwento by detaild baka magka anak nako diko pa natatapos comment ko dito. Yes at this time i cleared my acne and i can say that my face is 85% better than before. Ps. I used rejuv set for 27days, it went great but after a few weeks boom, nasira lang skin barrier ko and it makes my skin thin and even more sensitive than before. Here are some few things that really help to cure my acne: -know your skin type, this is one of the important thing -Dont copy someones skincare routine, magkakaiba tayo ng skin types! -NEVER touch your face kung ayaw mong may tumubong bagong acne :) -Dont pick or prick your pimple kung ayaw mong magka uka uka yang muka mo -Water bes stay hydrated -Change your pillow case every night -Do your skincare 2hrs before bed para hindi dumikit sa pillow case mga product na nilagay mo sa muka mo -Wash your hair before bed, hanggat kaya maligo bago matulog para mawala yung oils and germs sa muka at katawan mo -Don't use too much actives lalo na kung sensitive skin mo -Look for the products na kailangan lang ng skin mo - Trial and error sa skincare products, dont blame the product kung hindi mag wowork sayo kaya nga sabi ko kanina know your skin type. Baka kaya dika hiyang sa ginamit mo kasi oily skin ka tapos pang dry skin pala yung ginamit mo. -Be consistent, hindi overnight nawawala ang acne ok? Wag atat -Don't try and try any products at the same time baka lalong mairita acne mo -Dont use any physical exfoliant its bad for your skin barrier and can lead to irritation (wag niyo na balakin to kung gusto niyo kuminis) instead, use chemical exfoliant like AHA and BHA -Wear your sunscreen everyday, all of those products na ginagamit mo sa muka mo "as in lahat" will not work if you not wear sunscreen ( your skin needs to be protected para mas mag heal ng mabilis) -Supplements like vit a,b5,c,d and zinc (eto pinaka nakatulong sakin) Treat your acne internally and externally. This is optional but you can try incorporating supplements in your diet. Wala namang mawawala. -Moisturize everyday para healthy si skin barrier okay? The more na mas healthy ang outer skin mas mabilis makaka recover si acne -Use skincarisma or other websites for use to be able to see if safe and fit ba sayo yung product na gagamitin mo sa face mo -Healthy diet, walang bawal but kung kayang bawasan ang oily and sweet foods then good! -LASTLY pray and have faith in God okay? Trust his process at wag mawawalan ng pagasa no matter what you are going through Not that organize but i hope makatulong. If you want to know anything about acne im willing to help. If you want to know more about the products i used just ask me po. From acne, PIE, PIH, Fungal acne, whiteheads and blackheads, textured skin, oily skin. And yes lahat po yan napagdaanan ko hahahaha grabe lang pasasalamat ko na nahandle ko na siya ngayon! Thanks to God! Ps again. I even tried to consult with the dermatologist but sad to say she's more concern about the product na inooffer niya sa office niya. She didnt even ask my what i used, what i did, and what i am experiencing at that time. Suddenly she just prescribe me with antibiotic which i didnt buy kasi im experiencing fungal acne and that antibiotics that she want to gave to me will not respond with fungal infections. Hydroquinone tretinoin did a lot of wonder in my face. Of course it has its toll. After a month of using it, I have to give my face a rest from it and I'm using Azelaic acid from the The Ordinary and Ever Bilena Ceramide Barrier Sealing Cream to help repair the damaged skin and Celeteque Moisturizer and Celeteque Matte Moisturizer (Sun Care). So far, so good naman.

Halos maubos na pera ko kakagamit ng mga skin care I tried almost all my derma recommeded skin care yet walang nangyayari and mas lalong nag woworsen ang face ko, few months after being frustrated I saw a vlogger on tiktok who's using rejuv so out of curiosity I researched about those "consequences" kapag nag stop ka after 30 days. Like niacinamide, glycolic toner, retinol, vit c powder, hindi kaya. I tried them for 1yr hindi talaga kaya skin concerns ko like large pores, oilyness, blemishes. Tlagang bumabalik ako sa rejuvenating. So siguro kailangan ingat nalang sa routine

I'm glad I saw this, I am currently on my 4rth day of using rejuv, actually I have clear skin naman but I wanted to try the glass skin keme honestly I wanted to stop using it during my 3rd day due to the redness it caused on my face and medyo hapdi na sya sa balat hindi na rin pantay yung kulay ng face at leeg ko. Way back I was in college, one of my friends told me to use a rejuv daw, kase she uses a rejuv set at that time too. Sobrang popular nang rejuv set kase noon. Good thing is hindi ako nagpadala ahahahhaha. Turned out na ang dahilan pala ng pimples at breakouts ko is sira yung skin barrier ko (kakakojic acid na sabon, tapos hindi nag momoisturize or sunscreen man lang) My skin gets easily irritated sa dust or even sa buhok ko, then ang dami kong clogged pores,very rough and dry, and sobrang oily ko. Imagine, kung sinunod ko yung payo ng friend ko na mag rejuv mas lalong ma cocompromise yung skin barrier ko. So what I did is, I tried using a gentle ph balanced cleanser, good hydrating serum, moisturizer, sunscreen, and patience. Now, my skin looks healthier than before. Not perfect, may mga clogged pores pa rin at minsan nagkakapimples due to stress hahahah pero much better than before.

Ive used BRILLIANT SKIN for straight 2 years, yes, gumanda yung complexion ng balat ko ang kinis at ang puti maraming nakak pansin na mukha na daw akong koreano, pero sobrang nagiging dry sya flaky at red habang tumatagal, kahit makurot ko lang at kamutin ko lang yung mukha ko ng konti ang pula pula na kaa i stopped using any products na, after 2 weeks nag moisturizer nalang ako tapos gumamit ako ng retinol and niaciamide, tapos sunscreen sobrang gumanda lalo skin ko now hindi na sya ganon ka puti pero di na sya sobrang flaky and red,

Hello, I just want to know your thoughts about this. Can I use Oxecure Cleanser (the blue one w/ salicylic 0.2%) and tretinoin (0.025%) with the same routine? Is it okay? Or it will be irritating to my skin? I'm acne prone and normal to oily skin.

Was too tamad tlga mag skin care not until i turned 26 pandemic na and I tried purchasing CERAVE SA CLEANSER and CERAVE Hydrating, RETINOL and sunscreen. I meay not always put sunscreen but my facial wash is a holy grail. And when I travel I just get Celeteque since same same sila ng sa cleanser na cerave. Soooo light and cleaning tlga siya.. Right now im trying other sunscreen that will make me comfy to wear on a daily basis.. I regret using ponds back in college and eskinol, it made my face uneven. Never did I also tried any rejuv kasi ayoko mag over light or white yung face ko since I ak morena skinned. My acne scars from 3 years ago lighten up from cerave and celeteque. Kelangan ko pa din sipagan para sa retinol and sunscreen .
Green tea lng katapat sa acne.... Super inom ako Ng green tea. Kahit Anong soap gamit ko. 40 y.o na ako. Maganda pa rin balat ko. Huwag masyado mag pa init... I once used RDL. And it was kinda not good for me. I mean, sobrang hapdi lang niya. Nagtatagal yung hapdi ng mga 40 minutes. Then after 7 days of using RDL, I decided to stop dahil di ko na kaya yung hapdi.

A: Without a doubt, they can be effective if used properly-minention ko na ito in my past video about Maxipeel and RDL. Tretinoin and hydroquinone are effective ingredients, pero hindi lahat ay nagagamit ito nang tama o in a way na akma sa skin condition nila. Especially since yung Maxipeel and RDL should have resting times sa paggamit, as advised by board-certified derms. Kapag hindi sila nagamit nang mabuti, pwedeng mangitim yung skin. And ayaw nating mangyari yon!
This video is for those na gusto siyang i-rest, or simply just want a skincare routine with less potentially harsh side effects. Hindi ko kayo pinipigilang mag-Maxipeel, RDL, or Rejuv kung gusto niyo talaga. At the end of the day, it's your skin. Tinutulungan lang natin yung mga ayaw na gamitin yung mga products na 'to.

A: While it is disheartening na magka-bad experience sa derm, do know na just because masama ang experience mo sa isang derm, does not mean yun na ang magiging experience mo sa lahat ng mga derm. Especially in the case of PDS derms (yung mga naka-assign sa free consultation), they have helped so much people sa skincare community already. Marami ay hindi naman binentahan ng products kundi niresetahan ng gamot. So I highly suggest giving it a chance. Wala rin namang mawawala sa inyo dahil free.

- Nung mga panahon na 'to marami na talaga ako mga bumps or pa isa isang pimple na tumutubo, usually never sila nag iiwan ng marks pero sa ilong lagi oo. Naaalala ko SOBRANG laki ng pimple ko sa ilong tuwing lalaban ako ng journalism and sobrang nakakahiya. Pero glad na never ako nag putok ng tigyawat means hindi ako nag ka scar. So dito nag iisip nako what to use for my face kahit sabon lang kasi sobrang OA ng family ko pag may ginamit sa face labeled as "bakla" na. Typical filipino toxic traits.
2017-2018: Sobrang sikat ng aloevera gel dito and micellar water. May kakalse akong genetically clear skin means maganda skin nya dahil sa genes. Nag recommend siya sakin Micellar water daw gamitin ko after maligo. So ginawa ko naman, mas pumuti mukha ko non pero glad hindi ako nag kaka irritation. Not until ambilis ko mamula. Nag decide ako bumili ng aloevera gel non sa Bench HAHA. Nung una okay lang na eenjoy ko mag "skincare" kuno kahit walang sunscreen kasi akala ko pag mag swimming lang yon. So yun gamit ko dati not until nag St. *v*s Apricot scrub nako and tuloy tuloy nako nag ka pimples kaka try ng mga drugstore products like l*x3 or**nix, p*nds, fr*sh, etc. Sobrang lumala breakouts ko non.

2weeks bago mag pasukan non nag pa consult ako sa Derma kasi ayoko maraming pimple bago mag pasukan. I swear 1month umokay agad skin ko pero don't expect for instant results. Siguro napabilis lang yung healing stage ko kasi I trust my derm so much and 16 palang ako non. Medyo mahal kasi biglaan knowing sariling pera ko gamit ko pero WORTH IT.
2020 Pandemic Time:
Simula pandemic hindi nako nakabalik sa derma ko, nalulong na naman ako sa kaka try ng mga products LUMALA ulit skin ko kasi nga nag experiment na naman ako. Namamahalan ako sa derma pero 3x gastos ko kaka try ng products. Greatest lesson ko na siguro yon na never experiment ulit lalo na if low budget. Mas maganda mag save up talaga sa board certified Dermatologist para SURE na.

4.) Kapag may napili na kayong hospital, i-search nyo sa facebook yung FB Page nung hospital.
5.) Mag message po kayo (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm) for free consultation.
6.) Sasabihin po nila mga next step more on mag fill out kayo ng form for consent and pano mag send ng pic para makita at masuri ni derm and tatawag or mag tatanong siya via chat bago kayo resetahan. 🥰

Hi from Iloilo City po and I’m using before Rejuv set reason is because ng ka mask acne ako.. after a while lumala ung acne ko and ngayon naghahanap ako ng suitable sa skin type ko before hindi nmn ako dry skin but after the irritation and all ng dry ing skin ko and naging sensitive marami na akong sinubok na product but d ako naging hiyang pero ngayon after watching some of ur videos po ng invest ako sa mga product na for acne prone skin na nrereview nyo po hoping na maging okay ung skin ko and sana my PDS din dito sa Iloilo para maka pag consult din ako 😔
I'm already 45 years old and nadiscover ko lang ang proper skincare early this year. Was using kahit anong soap lang (kasama na din kojic hehe) ang meron sa CR and hindi ako gumagamit ng sunscreen. Pang Halloween story talaga mga besh! 🙈 Good thing i also discovered tretinoin from fb skincare groups, and kahit wala masyadong issues, i still consulted a Derm regarding its proper use.. Nag stop ako ng rejuv. Gmit ko thayers lang & serum or aloe vera . Pero pag may every 3 moths gumagamit ako kahit 2 to 3 days lang . ok naman kahit madalang lanG.

Buti nalang napadpad ako dito, 3months stop of using rejuv. Here and hindi ko alam kung pano mag sisimulang mag skincare at kung anong pwede for me skin. Actually good naman yung result nung rejuv. saken eh kaso gusto ko lang itigil since panipis na ng panipis ung skin ko. Just sharing my experience.
Over the past few months, i've tried a lot of products na sa tingin ko sagot sa lahat ng mga punyeta sa muka ko. Around march, nag start yung worse acne breakout ko! And at that time sa sobrang inis ko i look here in yt about the products that can help with my concern. Halos lahat na ata nagamit ko. I even buy some products na pagka mahal mahal pero di man lang gumana sa skin ko! After that, i even try gentle products kasi my skin is very sensitive, acne prone and very oily like pwedeng pwede ka mag prito ng itlog sa ibabaw. even gentle products didnt work with my skin. Sobrang hirap ako at that time humanap ng product na hihiyang sakin.
Hindi ko na masyado ikukwento by detaild baka magka anak nako diko pa natatapos comment ko dito. Yes at this time i cleared my acne and i can say that my face is 85% better than before.
Ps. I used rejuv set for 27days, it went great but after a few weeks boom, nasira lang skin barrier ko and it makes my skin thin and even more sensitive than before.
Here are some few things that really help to cure my acne:
-know your skin type, this is one of the important thing
-Dont copy someones skincare routine, magkakaiba tayo ng skin types!
-NEVER touch your face kung ayaw mong may tumubong bagong acne :)
-Dont pick or prick your pimple kung ayaw mong magka uka uka yang muka mo
-Water bes stay hydrated
-Change your pillow case every night
-Do your skincare 2hrs before bed para hindi dumikit sa pillow case mga product na nilagay mo sa muka mo
-Wash your hair before bed, hanggat kaya maligo bago matulog para mawala yung oils and germs sa muka at katawan mo
-Don't use too much actives lalo na kung sensitive skin mo
-Look for the products na kailangan lang ng skin mo
- Trial and error sa skincare products, dont blame the product kung hindi mag wowork sayo kaya nga sabi ko kanina know your skin type. Baka kaya dika hiyang sa ginamit mo kasi oily skin ka tapos pang dry skin pala yung ginamit mo.
-Be consistent, hindi overnight nawawala ang acne ok? Wag atat
-Don't try and try any products at the same time baka lalong mairita acne mo
-Dont use any physical exfoliant its bad for your skin barrier and can lead to irritation (wag niyo na balakin to kung gusto niyo kuminis) instead, use chemical exfoliant like AHA and BHA
-Wear your sunscreen everyday, all of those products na ginagamit mo sa muka mo "as in lahat" will not work if you not wear sunscreen ( your skin needs to be protected para mas mag heal ng mabilis)
-Supplements like vit a,b5,c,d and zinc (eto pinaka nakatulong sakin) Treat your acne internally and externally. This is optional but you can try incorporating supplements in your diet. Wala namang mawawala.
-Moisturize everyday para healthy si skin barrier okay? The more na mas healthy ang outer skin mas mabilis makaka recover si acne
-Use skincarisma or other websites for use to be able to see if safe and fit ba sayo yung product na gagamitin mo sa face mo
-Healthy diet, walang bawal but kung kayang bawasan ang oily and sweet foods then good!
-LASTLY pray and have faith in God okay? Trust his process at wag mawawalan ng pagasa no matter what you are going through

From acne, PIE, PIH, Fungal acne, whiteheads and blackheads, textured skin, oily skin. And yes lahat po yan napagdaanan ko hahahaha grabe lang pasasalamat ko na nahandle ko na siya ngayon! Ps again. I even tried to consult with the dermatologist but sad to say she's more concern about the product na inooffer niya sa office niya. She didnt even ask my what i used, what i did, and what i am experiencing at that time. Suddenly she just prescribe me with antibiotic which i didnt buy kasi im experiencing fungal acne and that antibiotics that she want to gave to me will not respond with fungal infections. Dun palang sa point nayon i say to myself na okay this is it, ill go back to self medication because i know my skin well more than she is. As time passes, i finally cured my acne prob without her help. Im not into dermatologist but kung sa tingin niyong kaya niyo naman gamutin ng mag isa acne niyo y not diba. Basta maging maingat lang and knowledge is power! Fighting lang. And always pray!

Hydroquinone tretinoin did a lot of wonder in my face. Of course it has its toll. After a month of using it, I have to give my face a rest from it and I'm using Azelaic acid from the The Ordinary and Ever Bilena Ceramide Barrier Sealing Cream to help repair the damaged skin and Celeteque Moisturizer and Celeteque Matte Moisturizer (Sun Care).

I used fairy skin rejuv noon and naiyak talaga ako sa.sobrang hapdi na parang sinusunog yung face ko so I stopped and instead followed the basic skin care routine which is facial cleanser+ moisturizer + toner (optional) + sunscreen. Thank u Jan for your vids!

I'm glad I saw this, I am currently on my 4rth day of using rejuv, actually I have clear skin naman but I wanted to try the glass skin keme honestly I wanted to stop using it during my 3rd day due to the redness it caused on my face and medyo hapdi na sya sa balat hindi na rin pantay yung kulay ng face at leeg ko. Way back I was in college, one of my friends told me to use a rejuv daw, kase she uses a rejuv set at that time too. Sobrang popular nang rejuv set kase noon. Good thing is hindi ako nagpadala ahahahhaha. Turned out na ang dahilan pala ng pimples at breakouts ko is sira yung skin barrier ko (kakakojic acid na sabon, tapos hindi nag momoisturize or sunscreen man lang)
My skin gets easily irritated sa dust or even sa buhok ko, then ang dami kong clogged pores,very rough and dry, and sobrang oily ko. Imagine, kung sinunod ko yung payo ng friend ko na mag rejuv mas lalong ma cocompromise yung skin barrier ko. So what I did is, I tried using a gentle ph balanced cleanser, good hydrating serum, moisturizer, sunscreen, and patience. Now, my skin looks healthier than before. Not perfect, may mga clogged pores pa rin at minsan nagkakapimples due to stress hahahah pero much better than before.
After I watch this vlog bigla tuloy akung natakot for my skin, gumagamit pa naman ako ng MaxiPeel.

I agree wag kumapit sa rejuv Kung d nakukuntento sa skin. Mahaharm Lang nya balat natin pero Kung need Naman like ako nagkaroon ako Ng burog burog sa muka because of puyat pero ayun lang. And then tumitigil ako nagrejuv pag Alam ko Ng mejo nag lalight at narepair na skin ko. At bumabalik ako sa basic. Ive used BRILLIANT SKIN for straight 2 years, yes, gumanda yung complexion ng balat ko ang kinis at ang puti maraming nakak pansin na mukha na daw akong koreano, pero sobrang nagiging dry sya flaky at red habang tumatagal, kahit makurot ko lang at kamutin ko lang yung mukha ko ng konti ang pula pula na kaa i stopped using any products na, after 2 weeks nag moisturizer nalang ako tapos gumamit ako ng retinol and niaciamide, tapos sunscreen sobrang gumanda lalo skin ko now hindi na sya ganon ka puti pero di na sya sobrang flaky and red,

Hello, I just want to know your thoughts about this. Can I use Oxecure Cleanser (the blue one w/ salicylic 0.2%) and tretinoin (0.025%) with the same routine? Is it okay? Or it will be irritating to my skin? I'm acne prone and normal to oily skin.
use moisturizer lang after! :) and ung cleanser 30 secs lang

@@darksukehiro6906 i use a salicylic cleanser 0.2 din po and im fine naman kahit while on isotretinoin medication pa ko , di naman na dry skin ko. pede mo naman po i every other day para masanay muna :)

Was too tamad tlga mag skin care not until i turned 26 pandemic na and I tried purchasing CERAVE SA CLEANSER and CERAVE Hydrating, RETINOL and sunscreen. I meay not always put sunscreen but my facial wash is a holy grail. And when I travel I just get Celeteque since same same sila ng sa cleanser na cerave. Soooo light and cleaning tlga siya.. Right now im trying other sunscreen that will make me comfy to wear on a daily basis.. I regret using ponds back in college and eskinol, it made my face uneven. Never did I also tried any rejuv kasi ayoko mag over light or white yung face ko since I ak morena skinned. My acne scars from 3 years ago lighten up from cerave and celeteque. Kelangan ko pa din sipagan para sa retinol and sunscreen .

Green tea lng katapat sa acne.... Super inom ako Ng green tea. Kahit Anong soap gamit ko. 40 y.o na ako. Maganda pa rin balat ko. Huwag masyado mag pa init... Lumalabas lng ako between 6- 8 a.m and 3 p.m. till night time... Basta lumabas ka lng pag Wala na masyado ma araw. Mag sumbrero or mag payong pag mainit...
I once used RDL. And it was kinda not good for me. I mean, sobrang hapdi lang niya. Nagtatagal yung hapdi ng mga 40 minutes. Then after 7 days of using RDL, I decided to stop dahil di ko na kaya yung hapdi.

I have Acne before 5years na then netong pandemic i tried Brilliant rejuv set for 3 months nawala yung 5 years kong acne then pinahinga ko yung mukha ko ng 2 weeks (using gentle cleanser,sunscreen ) after resting weeks im using basic to mild skin care products , celeteque anti aging facial cleanser , celeteque alcohol free toner , the ordinary niacinamide 10% , fix FX pimple eraser, oxecure (for pimple optional kung may tutubo) then Disaar Suncreen from.thailand rigth now paisa isa na lang pimple ko
