Linen fires at a different temperature. So it likely wouldn’t have been hot enough to harm the metal. Plus they would have to melt the metal down to sell it to other people anyway. So even if it was a bit damaged, it wouldn’t lose its value. Thank you for your question!
They used coins in 900/800BC?! I think this is way off. The first recognisable coins appeared around 670BC. Egyptians adopted coins much later, importimg and minting coins during the revolts against Persians, and then only to pay Greek mercenaries
That was fabulous! Been interested in ancient Egypt for many years and now know how all the stuff disappeared from the tombs, not just by who.
Simply fascinating! So well done. I wish these kinds of talks were more common today and we could go and attend.
Excellent lecture, I learned a great deal. It seems to be very comprehensive and your delivery makes it very interesting. Thank you.

Hello nd thank you. ;^) 🇬🇧
Granite has the hardness of 7… great lecture tho
So basically the Workman's Shaft is like the exhaust port of the Death Star!
Have they ever found any body's fallen down any shaft's?
In my opinion. The Great pyramid was pre. flood.. there were no guards to discourage people from taking things.
If they set the mummy on fire, wouldn't the gold and precious stones get melted/scorched and damaged?
