Hi Rebecca! Just wondering how do these wear throughout the day and what is the longevity like please?
So far so good, Emma. I have mostly just tested the Saie and it lasted on my eyes and cheeks all day. The Mario has definitely lasted five or six hours but, because I’ve been changing my make up so much for different videos, that one I haven’t had the chance to give a 10 hour or 12 hour wear test to.

The other videos I have seen of the Mario blushes the beauty gurus put little on, so, I didn’t think it would be good for my dark complexion. I have gotten 2 of the mario. I’m considering a 3rd. I got the Saie. I forget the shade. But it is a peachy color. Like a blush topper. Too dark for highlighter but sheer enough to be a topper.
I think I did well with my Saie choices as I'm hearing from most that they're only good for toppers. These are def blush. The Mario are lovely. I like them both equally actually. That look with the Saie on my lids was perfect all day yesterday.

Hi Rebecca so I bought the Mario one barely blushing a few days ago . I like it but it’s not mind blowing … Mac Glow Play blush already did this and I have a few of those which are long lasting for me and honestly I like them better. However that Saie bronzer one looks really promising. And on your face it looks so pretty . Makes me want to buy it. Im also interested in the new shade in the Bare minerals one in kiss of Spice . Maybe the two together would be pretty ..

Belinda, for perfect pink, ya gotta LOVE pink. I think the Subtle pink is more every day wearable. Less on trend, true, but it'll last longer in terms of wearability, if that makes sense.

I love dewy blush! My skin is so dry. I ordered one of the Mario blushes. I loved the bronzer/skin enhancer. I think this will work well for me.

That is the Mauve Glow from Saie. Great on the lips, too! I put a bit of gloss over it.

The Mario and the merit are very very similar, Hayley. Good call on that comparison. I have only worn the Saie so far all day and they lasted all day

I’m having such trouble with my deliveries from Sephora so these are a bit late. They don’t have the two day shipping as you know so I always debate if I should pay $10 or $16 but all of those extra expenditures add up too much and the other day I didn’t pay and got it in a day. So I went with regular old free shipping and they were super late. It’s like some sort of a Vegas gambling game with these deliveries ha ha

I ordered Saie Bronzeglow because my store didn’t carry that shade. That is a “me” shade. I swatched all of the MBM shades, but ended up passing on those because there wasn’t anything unique to my collection shade wise. 😊 All of the shades looked beautiful on you.

I'm really feeling that Mauve Glow; can you think of any comparable products off the top of your head?
I can think of some similar items but not similar items that can be used in the same way. Most of them are actually liquid rather than Cream. Let me think on it but off the top of my head, it’s unique!

I’d heard about the Mario release but didn’t even know Saie was coming out with something like this! My favorite was the Saie Mauve Glow. The Bronze Glow looks great on your eyes. The color looks fabulous on you! I mean your eyes were the first thing I noticed! It just looks really wonderful with your complexion! I tend to go with more powder blush or cream to powder formulas, but…I do think it’s nice to have at least one like this even for me, when that’s the look I’m going for. I can see putting this on after a little bit of tinted moisturizer on a Saturday morning while running errands! I like the look a lot! I’m going to see if I can replicate close enough to it by using just the cream portion of my Patrick Ta blush duos. If that doesn’t quite do it, I might pick up a Saie!
I absolutely agree with you. I actually prefer good old fashion powder and a powder brush in a blush however, I have got to admit, if I’m going to do this kind of a cream blush, I realize I’d like it to be Dewy like this. Because it glides over product and doesn’t pull anything up. Some cream blushes can get a little bit too hesitant or sticky when applying them and that’s what usually makes me not like them. So the fact that these are kind of a translucent shimmering veil helps them Glide over the face better and I like them a lot.
Hi Rebecca. I first started watching UA-cam makeup videos when Fenty launched their cream bronzers and blushes. They were all the rage, and now not even mentioned in the cream blush hype. I bought 2, the berry and the purple drama. They have a glow, and last all day. Fantastic.
My question is, with Saie being "clean beauty", do the products have decent shelf life, without developing an odor or drying out? I just love that glowy mauve shade. Thanks 😍
Hello Denise! I have a Fenty cream lip and cheek coming up in a day or so actually in a review. That’s a great product! We are just learning more and more about clean beauty, to be honest. although clean beauty has been around for quite some time, the explosion of it has only happened in the last few years and, as your comment notes, we are finding more and more mold issues. I have not had that experience, thankfully, but I keep things closed up really tightly in really dark areas. But that doesn’t mean I am immune from it. It just means I’ve been relatively lucky. And we haven’t had these Saie blushes long enough to know whether they will indeed stand the test of time. So I agree it’s a bit of a gamble at this point.

Hello Janice! I have spent more time testing the Saie than the Mario but Mario has definitely lasted the five hours I’ve worn it and Saie always goes all day on eyes included 💕

I’ve tried the Mario in shade Rose Crush and it’s very natural on my complexion. I already was a big fan of the Enhancer so I knew I would like this. I feel like I should of grabbed Berry Punch (maybe I will at a later time). My only discrepancy with them is the shade Perfect Pink should look good on all complexions (like it’s called perfect but is perfect for who). I ordered the Saie in Bronze Glow and I’m waiting for it to get delivered. I watched a lot of tick-tock’s that said that it is kind of patchy, but I wanted to see for myself.
Hello Isabel. I totally agree. Perfect pink is maybe perfect in the shade as to what we would think is the shade pink? But perfect on the skin? Not so much. I do not find the Saie patchy by the way but I have not tried all of the shades

Good commentary on the blushes in the video. There’s so many coming at us we need a unicorn to have any of them seem like a necessary purchase. I’m not a blush bather nor do I like shimmer but the RMS blushes are top for me. The gel powder formulas seem to be the best for my dry skin that wear well with no tack and no talc or chalk. Saie seems to be similar to the new bare minerals releases in the blonzer range. I would try the MBM over powder in the Patrick Ta technique for any settling or patchiness.
Jess, I mean to compare the Saie to the BM and....I forgot. Haha. I tell myself to work with a script but do I? No. The next day I'm forever realizing what I FORGOT to say. The perils of speaking off the top of my over crowded head!

I kept switching brushes. When it was a very light shade I used a kabuki style goat hair and when it was a darker shade I used to dense goat hair . But I had to go through five different brushes so that I wasn’t cross contaminating shades.
Surprisingly the Saie Bronze Glow was my favorite on you!! I love the Makeup By Mario Perfect Pink and Berry Punch shades but I'm still a powder blush gal...been wearing the Armani since I got it!! 🥰🩷💖

I only wear powder blush too. To me, it seems much more convenient and quicker. Love a good glow blush. I've got a very small face, which is in need of a good plumping, and hardly require much product at all. That's why it's not worth it for me to buy too many blush as it's just a waste. Lethal's Glow Blushes are my absolute favourites. When my next order arrives, I'll have eight and they will most definitely out live me! Compared to AUD$100.00 for Chanel's last release, Lethal's are only AUD$22.50! For the same size! As I grew up with extremely oily skin, I still can't stand to put cream products on my face, even though it's no longer oily. I'm grateful for the oil now for making me look younger, yet I wasn't too thrilled whilst going through it. I can't understand either how Mario can get away with false advertising claiming that a blush is plumping. If you try it on my scrawny face, nothing at all will happen and they'd have a lawsuit on their hands. Their Legal Team mustn't have been paying much attention when this product was named! I may just send an email.💖

Hi Rebecca. You look so pretty with all of them! How do they compare to the Charlotte Tilbury wand blushes, as far as glow? Which are more radiant? I just can’t get past the CT. they really make such a difference to the overall makeup look. I finally purchased the Rare beauty highlighter in mesmerised, which I haven’t worn yet. I’m looking forward to trying it. X
These are more radiant. The Charlotte is creamier. It's a texture thing more than anything else really. And don't forget the Nars. I LOVE those.

It’s not bad but it’s not great. It’s very rare to find one of these cream blushes that does well for eight hours unless you apply a powder over it

Hello Kelly! I have heard many mentions of that so I think they’re incredibly close. I don’t partake too much in Westman atelier. It’s just never quite floated my boat but from what I’ve seen just from testing in store, they are similar but I prefer this.

Hey rebecca love your content. How do you apply the westman atelier cream blushes? I haven’t found an application method that doesn’t leave them looking patchy…
Abby, you ready for a secret? I do not like WA products. I haven't found one that works well. I will continue to search for they're not my favorite for precisely what you're saying here. Some good tips though are to maybe try your hands gently. The warmth of the hands helps the product melt. So dot, press, even gently with palms and then gently coax the product where you want it. Nothing pulling or pushing, just gently. Let me know if this helps!
Have you tried taking a brush to the top of the WA cream blush? I just swipe a bit of product on my brush and then apply it to my cheek. It spreads easily for me that way and I do not have any problems with patchiness. If you currently use a brush, it could be the brush you are using is causing the patchiness. 😊

@@NotFitforPrintBeauty ok so I’m not crazy! Literally haven’t heard anyone talk about this. Also I feel the WA contour stick is a bit “thick” on the skin compared to the Tom Ford contour.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty i agree that the stiffness of the blush is what seems to be the problem. I will try with my fingers but I find that lift my foundations. There must be a good way to melt it a bit.
Would you say these are similar to the RMS blushes that came out last year?
Hello Susan, I'm going with no only because those RMS blushes were powder. If we're just talking glow....then it's getting close but these are both glowier in my opinion. ❤️

Rebecca, just prior to over-doing your blush, you should play 'Send in the Clowns.....🎶'. I'm a sucker for a glow blush, yet in powder only, and prefer them over mattes. I liked every single shade you applied, especially on the lips, but the moment I saw the swatches my heart went to Saie. They looked the most beautiful on the cheeks too, especially the bronze! It reminded me of the Chantecaille Cheek and Eye Powder or whatever it's meant to be officially known as. I never know what to call it, yet I love using it as a natural blush, especially living in a country where we're referred to as 'bronzed Aussies'! If those Mario blushes truly plump up the cheeks, I'd buy the entire range. I just don't know how they get away with calling them this name when they don't do as the name states? Go on Rebecca, sue them for false advertising and they'll want to settle the case for make-up for life! Or go for the big bucks, as this isn't right!!! No make-up brand should be so misleading as to make anyone believe that a blush can plump the cheeks. Absolutely ridiculous. My favourite blushes are Lethal's Glow Blushes. I have some on the way on a small boat, or canoe, from Germany! My Oden's Eye Palettes are coming too and it will be interesting which gets here first. Mind you, I ordered from Lethal about a month ago, with one item on pre-order, and Oden's Eye just a few days after release. Lets see who's canoe can row faster, the Swedes or Germans? It seems like forever since you've reviewed an eye palette!🇦🇺💖🕊

Exactly! The days before the sun was our enemy. The days when a tan meant you had been on vacation and everybody still tried for that look. I’m a way, I think Tom Ford still aims for that in his summer collections that are always named in some sort of praise for the sun. I’ve also noticed not only is the focus on Blush but this draped blush all the way up to the eyes. Cheeks are the new eyes, I guess.
Idk blush was very popular in the 1980's! We learned to "blush drape" from the Merle Norman store at our mall 😂

Rebecca, how much experience have you had with Pat McGrath and her late shipping? I've had late shipping from her but nothing like this and I wanted to see if it was somewhat normal. I ordered the eyeshadow quad with a bronzer the second it was released (I was on the website waiting). They've sent me the bronzer but not the quad and after emailing them, they've said that it's on backorder! Has this ever been your experience? am I just one of the unlucky ones who has to wait a million years for their order? or is this not normal and should I start to get concerned?
Unfortunately, I am an expert here. Even when my orders arrive without a massive delay, it’s still about four weeks. I don’t even review entire collections anymore. There’s no point. I have also tried to return things and had them forget to credit my account. There’s a few things I’ve learned. Number one expect delays. Number two, follow up. if you allow them to forget about you, they will. If you stay on it, it will take forever but they will not forget about you. If it has been a while since you have heard that it is backordered, I would follow up on that. Notice that you got the back order message only after you emailed them. If you don’t nag them, they will allow you to fall through the cracks. You can also give up and ask for a credit. Either way, every week and a half to 2 weeks you need to follow up. Ordering from them is terrible. Generally, I get mine long after people in Australia get theirs. This is not a joke. The last two orders most people in Australia got theirs two weeks before me. They are in New Jersey, I think their warehouse, and I am in California. It’s a joke.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty oh that’s so awful! I’m so sorry to hear that. I knew they were bad but I didn’t realise THIS bad. Maybe I’ll order from Revolve or somewhere else and get a credit. It makes no sense that everyone else seems to have the palette yet mine is backordered when I ordered the second it went live!
@@TheSlimjadey1 it’s funny, too, because we all end up saying that. We all end up qualifying that we bought at the minute it went on sale because that’s what makes it all the more incredulous. I don’t know about getting a store credit from Pat McGrath. If you’re going to go that route I would love it if they would just refund you. It’s like the darn thing won’t be here until next year. If they can give you a store credit that you can use digitally on their website but will they? The main thing is, I hate to say it, stay on their back.

Watched this because I LOVE your reviews but I can't support MUBM.
He is one of the WORST people I have ever shared a room with. The way he treated staff and his fans was deplorable. Talking to people I knew behind the scenes apparently he was just as horrific at all times. The ego was beyond. At one point he literally clicked at his staff and pointed when he wanted to leave despite the fact a huge line of people who had paid to meet him hadn't gotten up to him yet. This is obviously a very pared back version of what occurred.
Simply sharing as I don't believe in supporting bullies or those who mistreat the ones who literally have given them the life they live (fans). It is of course our prerogative to do whatever we wish (and given your profession I am sure you've seen a LOT) but figured I'd share.

@@pinksparkle258 girl. He wouldn't even look at his security or those helping him and just clicked and pointed when he wanted things. People PAID to see him (they had to spend x amount in order to have a selfie with him) and he left many without that after they had waited in line for a long time just because he was "done". The staff had mentioned his arrogance and ego and linked it to him acting like and thinking he is a Kardashian (those girls have been noted to have been lovely whilst here which is an interesting note to take). I honestly couldn't believe my eyes with the public way he was mistreating people and especially those that not only supported him but those who were there to ensure his safety. If I were in their position I honestly would have walked off the job.
