Hey Laura! Nope. Safe from that. It's definitely a bronzer type lightness without any cream makeup properties, if that makes sense. So it won't sink into lines. Too lightweight.
I actually like it better, Shari, but that could be because it's new and I end up falling prey to the newness. Haha. CT is still the greatest of all time. I don't think anything can truly ever replace it.

It almost looks like you self-tanned or just used a warm foundation. I just ordered light medium too. It will be interesting to see how this differs from the Danessa Myericks.I bought a darker shade for bronzing and I really love it as a bronzer.
YES! Agreed, Rabbi. It looks like a self tan. For sure. I think you'll find the difference being that the Danessa is much more of a cream foundation whereas this is like a cream bronzer with a bit of coverage but not meant to cover the entire face. It sculpts and warms like a self tanner for sure, but no coverage in the sense of a traditional foundation. It's very unique that way. I'll be interested in hearing your thoughts.
If I’m using a cream bronzer and blush w highlight as well would I apply those after the powder or before? I’ve noticed a lot Lately people putting cream or liquid over powder
Hey there, Jennifer! So what *i* do, and this is by no means the only way, is that I finish my entire look, cream and or powder color products. Then I use the Mario powder after just to set everything. Makes all the cream set down nicely. Can you also powder just the Mario product and then apply cream blush, etc? Sure. But I just like to powder all the cream products at once. Does that help? 💕
@@jenniferd5694 I’m kind of using it as a finishing powder, to be honest. But you can truly use it even for a spot setting. So you can set just the Mario enhancer bronzer with it or you can set your concealer or even a cream blush. I will try to use the enhancer with fingers. I think it’s one of those products that’s going to be better with a brush. It takes a lot for me to say that because I love using my hands and, in fact, I prefer using my hands. But I think this one might be a tad bit messy and needs that saturated brush to glide onto the skin. But I will definitely play with it today and I would love to hear your results as well, if you get a moment when you have time to play around with it.
I tried to use it with my fingers in store today and it didn't really want to pick up well because it's a hard/firm texture. It didn't really melt much. I think it will require the brush to pick it up well.
On lighter skin, maybe Saie for cream and def Wayne Goss for powder. this is probably a different answer that I gave before ha ha but it definitely changes and there are thankfully so many really good ones. You just don’t want anything that’s going to go way too orange and I fear that the Charlotte or Mario might do that on really light skin.

But...frankly, it's cream bronzer, as a last step to makeup, followed by a setting powder. Period. Haha.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty lol I thought that too when I looked I’m like this looks like a cream bronzer that he is just puttin all over the face lightly lol and then power to set that. So yes but it’s all over face idk lol.
@@veronicamcminn7775 And it’s all over the face but not all over the face which is, essentially, a broadly used bronzer! That then needs setting because it’s cream, right?
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty lol you basted your face with bronzer lol. Oh lord. Lol. Marketing. Anyway I have cream bronzers and powder bronzers I love so I’ll pass for now. I did get that tiny WA travel set with stick bronzer and blush and highlighter that bronzer is nice and the rare beauty stick amazing new CT PT. I have so many no need in a balmy one
@@veronicamcminn7775 I feel like one of those infomercials. “But wait… There’s more!” We have Nars, that’s a re-issue I realize, and we have the rose Inc. They must be 20 more… I don’t really think I can get the confetti going, however, for cream bronzer month.
I think I like it, but what am I so afraid of?
Here’s how I think of it. It’s basically a cream bronzer that you’re going to set with a powder. I think that just makes it a little bit easier to comprehend.
