TI has a claim that he was in a shared area adjacent to his home access, not a public area. If the cop deems that is a public area let’s all go to that “public gate station” and hang out.

I watched all the videos on the gate fiasco. Both TI and the Security Guard had a communication breakdown along with disrespecting each other. Once TI began demanding and cursing at the Security Guard, the SG could not and would not listen to what TI had to say. With that, the SG had communications with the occupant of the Harris residence alerting him that Mr. Harris was at the gate. At that point, the SG should have put his ego on check and let the owner through, but his ego blocked his critical thinking skills from making that happen. Regardless, I believe in hindsight, TI would approach the encounter a little differently now that he has seen the Judge. 🤗

I watched all the videos on the gate fiasco. Both TI and the Security Guard had a communication breakdown along with disrespecting each other. Once TI began demanding and cursing at the Security Guard, the SG could not and would not listen to what TI had to say. With that, the SG had communications with the occupant of the Harris residence alerting him that Mr. Harris was at the gate. At that point, the SG should have put his ego on check and let the owner through, but his ego blocked his critical thinking skills from making that happen. Regardless, I believe in hindsight, TI would approach the encounter a little differently now that he has seen the Judge. 🤗
When that stupid security guard saw that car door open in reverse he should have open the gate immediately...
