    We recently moved to Lancaster, so to see some history of it is really nice. It's very sad to see the downtown area is empty and pretty much a ghost town and how run down the rest of it is. I hope that it turns around in the near future.

    The old courthouse unfortunately burned down and new buildings were built.. i’ve lived in this town at the panhandle near Andrew Jackson State park since 1991 after i retired from the US military…

    It's a shame you cant pronounce Lancaster like everyone else in SC does. This is not Pennsylvania. So offensive and you say it a thousand times.
