honesty the amount of stuff being put in there to create that thick texture, i dont think i could stomach eating them even if they 'look' delicious. i would wake up with severed stomach ache and pooping because of the amount of fibre in them
Yeah because it will affect the absorption of nutrients as the acid in the orange combines with the protein in the milk. I wish someone told me this when I was 8 because I ate an orange for lunch and washed it down with a carton of milk and threw up EVERYWHERE. My mom had to come pick me up from school and 17 years later I still can't eat an orange or drink a glass of milk without gagging. 😭

- [ ] 1/4 cup plant milk
- [ ] 2 tbs chocolate chips
Smoothie bowl instructions:
