This guy speaks more normal English than most Canadians I´ve heard. They have a weird English, many of them speaks French so I guess the country is divided. Always wanted to go there, heard Vancouver has a lot of wet weather but it supposed to be a nice town.

That's pretty much the standard accent for Vancouver, you only find the stereotypical "Canadian accent" more as you go East. And yes, the weather is quite wet, but it's worth visiting and absolutely beautiful when it's sunny. :)

I live in North Vancouver and it’s already so bloody expensive. Some apartments starting at $1700-$1900 for 1 bedroom, plus a den if you’re lucky..

This is next to the Pacific rim hotel and surround by non residential buildings so does not feel like coming home. That's the only downside otherwise what a place. Coal harbour condo with that much of floor space and view... Only problem is the affordability.
