As a 6 year old watching Episode I for the first time, Padme's dresses is what I remember the most. They were just so visually stunning, something I hadn't seen before and still love it to this day.
Babalooza Their Marvelous films to look at on a technical level, or listen too As Ben Burts sound design and Williams scores actually seem to have improved over time but yeah they feel a little hollow when you sit down and watch for more than a few seconds.
+Kevin Beswick We shall see, i'd love to see a slight nod to them in The Force Awakens. That alone would make the entire movie for me. There's no surprise as to why Ridley was cast as Rey (besides her acting abilities) she is the spitting image of Portman. Coincidence? I think not.
+Mindo Kaur Very true! One might dislike aspects of the prequels, but as a fan of the Star Wars mythology and the films themselves (rather than the geek culture) I appreciated their value right away because of the story line. The stories as a whole have been invaluable to me for their philosophy.
+12,2&2 Yellow - That's an interesting observation about the Queen's red dress. I didn't realize just how iconic it really is (and this is coming from a prequels fan).
Dexter Maul I think you mean "originals fan." I agree though, the costumes in the prequels are top notch. If only someone with talent wrote and directed the movies.
