FYI, This is song is called Outsider No More (Tank Ride). It is the song that is played during The Star ending.
I'm no musical genius but I can swear that the melody of the second part of this song is also the vocal melody of Scooters Song.

Cyberpunk soundtrack made me start playing guitar after like 8 years break, already learned some melodies watching your vids, thanks a lot!
