Just received my seat...looks great on my 2019 Street Bob! Thanks for the video and review! Helped make my decision to buy! I was considering a Saddlemen but glad I seen this first... also saved $$$!!!
Awesome! Glad I could help
I just got the same seat for my Indian scout. Looks great on your ride perfect match! I got the tuck n roll instead of diamond stitch.
Looks great one of the best looking aftermarket seats for these fxbb softails I might get one for my 2020 slim ✌️
Just ordered one for my 2019 Street Bob... much cheaper than the Saddlemen Step Up and in my opinion, looks better too.
Great choice of seat, really suit the bike.
Thanks. Yes I like how it sits on the bike.
The bike looks great Brother!
Thanks brother! 👍🏻
That looks awesome!
Thank you
Where is everyone finding this seat? I cant find it any more 2020 fxst softaim standard here
How was the comfort on a long ride with this seat? I noticed you no longer have it on
On the long rides it was great. It’s a wide seat with plenty of back support.
What is your opinion on the le pera signature II solo seat? It's 10.5 " wide.
I'm the same height as you and ride the same FXBB
Unfortunately I don' have any opinion on it, since I have never tried it. Sorry couldn't be more helpful.
Hi Lenny, I have the same bike. What is your handlebar set up.
That’s a stock handlebar.
What does the pillion passenger feel like? It looks like its seperates you more to the rider?
I never rode two up on that seat so I have no comment as to the comfort, but I would say it is definitely on the hard side and the seat is geared more towards the driver.
Great video . Does this rub the tank and leave a mark ?
No it doesn't
Do you still use this seat? I am thinking of buying one because I need something to keep me from slipping off the back of the stock seat!
I sold the bike and seat. You can see in my latest videos I now have the Heritage Classic. As for the seat, it’s great for keeping you in place 👍🏻
@@LennyK I actually just ordered the seat but with the black stitching. I only needed to keep me on the bike LOL! It should be mandatory if you have the 114 engine, that thing has so much torque it’s like a rocket!
@@blkjakk For sure. Sock seat is garbage on that bike, with zero back support. Enjoy your new seat :)
@@LennyK Took delivery of my new Street Bob today & installed this seat. I love it. It pushed my seating position back about an inch which isn’t bad (I’m 5’7”) but I wish it would have moved me an inch forward instead!
@@blkjakk Right. That’s exactly what happened to me. Lots of back support and and very comfortable but does push you back about an inch.
what brand is the swingarm bag Lenny?
It's The Leatherworks. Here is the link: leatherworksinc.com
Is this a new bike?
Yes it is
What’s the part number on that bung king lift kit?
here is a link: www.bungking.com/handlebar-t-bar-lift-kit
@@LennyK Thank you.
Did get the 1” or 1 1/4”?
Where’d u buy the seat
directcycleparts.com
Use blue locktite
Yeah where do you go for a three or four hours long drive on that seat you will be sorry
how would u describe the seat position compared to stock? further or close to bars?
Further back. I would say 1-2 inches back.
Would I reach the handlebars better with the Saddlemen Step Up than the Predator 3? I'm the same height as you.
@@rainman1356 From what I understand, Saddlemen brings you closer but also sits you up higher, whch is what I was trying to avoid. There are couple of things taht I am working on to fix this, so stay tuned :)
@@LennyK Thanks. Looking forward to it. 👍🏼
@@LennyK what do you think of the Harley Davidson Brawler Solo Seat made for FXBB? 10" width. Description says it sits low but doesn't provide any other dimension.
Idk why majority of fellow Harley guys n gals have this notion that you have to flat foot.
I guess with heavier bikes I just feel more confident when I flat foot.
