This video has been very interesting and questions that I’ve had for years answered, I’m glad you talked about guest coming up to you, being an adult specially one that is older than you guys I always feel like a complete goon wanting to come up and speak to you, most of the time I just wanna say hi and say how much I’ve loved the show specially when I know how much time and effort you guys put into it and the shifts you do I’ve been their I remember working behind the bar and thinking wow!! and I only did that for a week to help out. Love the video Shan, some extra help, From an ex freestyle dancer and ex holiday park entertainer, haven have a few events with dance, my days with shifts at haven was very similar, I didn’t know the extra jobs either when I started, social media was a tough one for me too 🙈 I loved the job but me and the team didn’t work well together so I can back that up. Agree with all your points wish I would’ve knew them before I started. Xx

Heyy, I’m Ty I’m 16 years old and I’ve been helping out/ working at stanwix park holiday park as an entertainer, I’m going there in June to work there for 3 months I was offered a job when I was 14 and had it waiting until I was 16 I love it, the best job in the world 🌎

Hi there I'm thinking of being an entertainer at a holiday park,I've had experience In theatre productions would this be a skill they would look for in a candidate?
Yeah absolutely! If you have any video footage of that then definitely attach it when you apply. It’s more about how you come across as a person in your audition or interview and then of course for showteam members it’s about how you perform so definitely!
When does the holiday park open up again as me and kids love it there and need another holiday ? X

Also do you need any qualifications to be at the place you are currently? Like any GCSEs in Drama or anything. Also do you need experience previously in jobs like those? :)
As far as I’m aware it’s nothing to with grades and everything to do with your personality and ability during the audition/interview etc! For jobs within the management of the teams I believe they do look at your experience of course, but other than that it’s all down to you😊😊

Thank you! I’ve never actually thought about being a redcoat but I know they have different jobs within their role. I’m currently in the process of deciding where I want to take my performing🤗
Are the blue coats planning any new shows for this years season. I have been for the last few seasons and as much as it’s good shows Iv seen some of them many times over the years haha
Ahaha I know what you mean! We will be doing some of old favourites but we have plans for so many new ones! Hopefully they’ll be up as soon as we get the opportunity!!xx
