I have a 1994 bottle of vintage Port from your estate (bottled in 1996) that my father bought for me when I was born. I will be opening it in two years time when I turn 30 and can't wait

Hi! What kind of glass do you have? What is its volume? Which glass is considered ideal for such wines, in your opinion?

Hi there, these are Riedel Vinum port glasses with a capacity of 8.8oz. Should these not be available, we suggest using a white wine glass, as this will allow the wine to breathe and open up its aromas. Enjoy!

Hey Grahams! At what temperature should one serve port?

Hi there! This very much depends on the style of port; we recommend serving white ports chilled (8ºC - 10ºC), tawny ports lightly chilled (12ºC - 14ºC), and ruby ports and Vintage Ports at around 16ºC with a view to them gradually reaching room temperature from that point. Feel free to check out our educational platform, @SchoolOfPort, for more information and suggestions. Thanks!
