I got my mini tote bag via Mercari, as I do for most of my thrifted items - fragrances, handbags, and more (Mercari has a presence in the US and the UK as well, but for completely different markets).

Anyway, I paid a whopping 600 yen (I previously typed 300, but it wasn't in fact THAT cheap) for this wee tote, which amounts to USD 4.22 at today's exchange rate. That is probably not much more than what the person probably paid to ship it to me! Almost free. Obviously, they just wanted rid of it - my gain!
