I'm so glad you enjoyed India. Holiday reps and tour guides have said to me they find that people love it or hate it. I've been every winter for the last 20 years .For guaranteed winter biking in decent weather. Regarding the lack of people. A well known British tourist company ripped off several local hotels and they will no longer deal with them. This has dramatically reduced Brits staying in the area you were. Secondly the Russians seem to be far less present over the last two years. And finally the holiday season is Nov to Mar ,so you are right at the end of it. Look forward to seeing Sri Lanka as that's a new place for me. Safe travels.
I've been visiting Goa for 3 decades now and it continues to surprise me with hidden gems. You'll love Sri Lanka too. Same feel a slight but different flavour. And they're more careful with driving there. You need to come back to Pondicherry, the Himalayas and the North East India

Very nice! Freddie, I wouldn't worry about your "International Licence". It is really just an International Drivers Permit [IDP] issued under one of three UN Conventions [1926/'49/'68] and in some countries can issued by an Automobile Club. Your UK RAC can no longer do this since Brexit.... You can get away - in many countries - with just your foreign licence and no IDP. From my understanding and minor infringement experience, there is no closed loop "licence" functionality back to home. If any country were to annotate or withdraw my IDP, I'd just "lose" it and grab another.

You are right. I am from India and I agree with you. Many Indians are salty and cannot take criticisms but we ought to tackle these problems especially hygiene and waste management.
Don’t get me wrong Freddie, I thoroughly enjoy ALL these interesting travel and biking vlogs and I never miss a Tuesday at Dobbs, BUT… I seriously can’t wait for you to get back to, what was my core reason for following you in the first place, which is you, (and of course Monica!), with all your hilarious highs and lows, out and about and on road trips on your Bonnie (and road testing other bikes). 😊
Very good quality content from you and Monika. I am so glad you enjoyed your trip to Goa/India. Hope you have a great time in Sri Lanka (another beautiful paradise).

Wonderful trip, loved the colour, music , art ,scenery, hotels, food, coffee, beaches and the Indian people are so cool 😎 The little girl getting on her dads motorcycle after school was typical Monika and Freddie. Fantastic 👍
Freddie, if you liked Goa you'll love Kenya. Malindi is my favourite coastal town but Diani and Lamu are wonderful. You'll be riding around on Bajaj Boxers. 100cc - 150cc singles that are surprisingly smooth and torquey for what they are! 👍🇰🇪
As thoroughly enjoyable as you've found Goa to be, I think you're going to find Sri Lanka more fascinating still. A friend of mine worked there back in the 90's and has reminisced and waxed lyrical of his memories ever since. Bon voyage.
Hi Freddie, Love from India Last year I was in London, hence I can say that except the high temperatures nothing can beat India. It’s incredible. Also I will try to meet you next time when I’ll come to UK
The average wage in Goa is about 300 Pounds a month - always worth a mention when discussing the cost of living. Thanks for the vid, Freddie and Monika!
I’ve been 5 times to Goa and always explore on a R.E. It’s is magical, as you say. I’m looking forward to seeing the Sri Lanka vids as I’d really like to go there too. (I’m so jealous). Take care Dudes..
Great as always. Having done India you only get it after your first visit. But, then you're hooked. Terrible shame about the litter though. Us humans don't look after anything!! Keep up the great videos. Enjoy Sri Lanka
Freddie, there is in fact just the one rule of the road in India. Might is right. If a vehicle is bigger than you, then you must give way ;-) I learnt that from 5 months riding around India on an 83 BMW R100 in the early 1990's. Keep up the good work team.
I like your videos and the way you present. Very good oratory skills. Not everyone can. I’m an introvert and very hesitant to speak in front of new people.
it's not that tourism in Goa is on the decline, i think the peak 'season' to visit Goa, at least for us Indians are the Winters which is when most of the North Indian tourists flock there (due to, for Indians at least, harsh winters) is between December - February.. and i think it is the same reason with most Europeans tourists as well.. rest of the year it is mostly locals and tourists which want to avoid the peak season
Hi Freddie & Monica, I heard you mentioning that your next destination would be Sri Lanka. Wish you a wonderful time in the island paradise. It’s pretty hot this time of the year though hence brace yourself. Cheers 🥂
Great content! Is there a way to invert order of videos in the playlist? It is backwards now. Would be great to be able to play them in chronological order.
Enjoyed this so much, just back from a month in Candolim next year I will be hiring a bike now I’ve got the feel of this wonderful country. Be interesting to see your videos in Sri Lanka I was on my way overland to Oz.
Dear Freddy, Happy to know that you toured India. I must suggest you to please visit places like the Kailasa temple which was carved out of a mountain. It’s one of the most mysterious temples in the world because no one was able to uncover how a temple of such intricate details was not built but rather “carved” which was extremely impossible for humans during those pre medieval times. I’d recommend you to watch Praveen Mohan’s videos he’s basically a PhD in history archeology and he tells you about those mysteries of Indian temples. Honestly, you should be concentrating on these ancient monuments rather than beaches and stuff only then, you’d really appreciate the mysteries of this beautiful ancient civilisation that lived over thousands over years ago. Modern day India is absolutely nothing compared to what it was in the ancient times. I wish you nothing but the best. See you soon. Ciao ciao
I've got a friend travelling to India 🇮🇳 this coming week feeling a bit jealous after watching your adventure Not sure if its been mentioned before but why don't we see more of Monica in front of the camera on your travels. Best wishes to you both John
One of the best foreign tourist India recieved who looks on the brighter side of our country rather than blabbering about negative things which every country has.
Hi Freddie, loved the Goa content and India generally, very informative and entertaining. I have the same R.E 350 among my collection as they were still sold here in Australia until very recently. mine happens to be a 2016 I bought off an Indian fellow living here in Aus. The model you hired is a Twinspark (two sparkplugs) carburetor model that is why there is no fuel pump sound when you turn on the ignition to start the bike. They are a bit down on power compared to the 500's but cool all the same. Looking forward to Sri Lanka. Lester.
Come back ASAP. There used to be a Thomas Cook flight from London to Goa via Moscow. A Boeing 757 or. 767. See if it’s still on. Everyone on board refuelled as soon as they landed!
I recommend trying Rams surf lodge just near Midigama in Sri Lanka theirs a nice lazy left hand wave near by and an heavy right hand reef break outside the lodge if your feeling brave, all that said great hospitality at rams also recommend a trip to the rainforest not to far from their.
It is irrelevant to your “international license,” Which isn’t a license. It is called a permit, but it is just a translation of your original national license. Penalties apply to your actual license. For serious breaches, the country you are in can be entitled to ban you from driving while you are in the country. If you get speeding tickets while driving in a foreign country, you are generally expected to pay the fines immediately. Some countries (including India and the UK) have reciprocal arrangements with others, so they can tell your home country which can choose to put the points on your license.
by the looks of the surroundings it does look like feb...... best time to visit would be between mid november to january end...... with the christmas to new year period being the most busy time

You are right. I am from India and I agree with you. Many Indians are salty and cannot take criticisms but we ought to tackle these problems especially hygiene and waste management.
I am delighted you enjoyed India, I hope Monica also did as much. I think you have a delightful passion for the wonderful Royal Enfield motorcycle.
I’ve REALLY enjoyed these videos about your trip to Goa. Please can we have more like this!
Thank you Ajit!
Brilliant series thank you
Bro.. Your GOA series was exemplary.. very very few UA-camrs make quality contents nowadays.. You are phenomenal. Lots of love from 🇮🇳
Our India is an incredibly diverse & beautiful place.. there is lots more to explore..
Do visit again bro..
Wonderful trip, loved the colour, music , art ,scenery, hotels, food, coffee, beaches and the Indian people are so cool 😎
The little girl getting on her dads motorcycle after school was typical Monika and Freddie.
Fantastic 👍
Excellent video. Brilliant photography. You seems to have squeezed quite a bit out of your trip. Enjoyed watching. Keep up the good work.
I've loved this mini series, really great. Such a shame the Goans can't tidy up the litter though, might improve the tourism!
Freddie, if you liked Goa you'll love Kenya. Malindi is my favourite coastal town but Diani and Lamu are wonderful. You'll be riding around on Bajaj Boxers. 100cc - 150cc singles that are surprisingly smooth and torquey for what they are! 👍🇰🇪
Glad to see you guys enjoyed your stay here! If you're coming back to India, I am calling Dobbs on being your camera guy in the country! lol!
dibs*
As thoroughly enjoyable as you've found Goa to be, I think you're going to find Sri Lanka more fascinating still. A friend of mine worked there back in the 90's and has reminisced and waxed lyrical of his memories ever since. Bon voyage.
Hi Freddie,
Love from India
Last year I was in London, hence I can say that except the high temperatures nothing can beat India.
34 years later.. the rule is still the same😂
Loved this series, please go again soon xx
Thank you both for doing your videos and giving us a glimpse of paradise, loved it !!!!!!
I like your videos and the way you present. Very good oratory skills. Not everyone can. I’m an introvert and very hesitant to speak in front of new people.
Enjoyed your delivery style and composition. Camera is now much better.
it's not that tourism in Goa is on the decline, i think the peak 'season' to visit Goa, at least for us Indians are the Winters which is when most of the North Indian tourists flock there (due to, for Indians at least, harsh winters) is between December - February.. and i think it is the same reason with most Europeans tourists as well.. rest of the year it is mostly locals and tourists which want to avoid the peak season
Hi Freddie & Monica,
I heard you mentioning that your next destination would be Sri Lanka. Wish you a wonderful time in the island paradise. It’s pretty hot this time of the year though hence brace yourself.
Cheers 🥂
I have thoroughly enjoyed this series. ❤❤
Very nice video enjoyed your commentary and journey vicariously
Great content! Is there a way to invert order of videos in the playlist? It is backwards now. Would be great to be able to play them in chronological order.
Enjoyed this so much, just back from a month in Candolim next year I will be hiring a bike now I’ve got the feel of this wonderful country. Be interesting to see your videos in Sri Lanka I was on my way overland to Oz.
I'm so glad you liked it here 😊
Next time you should visit goad during winter. Then there will be a crowd of tourists.
Hi Freddie, In Goa it’s fine… but if you happen to travel in other places, I’d suggest, don’t venture around in isolated places for safety reasons.
He should visit Kerala.
Stunning Freddie, thanks. Choice of music perfect also.
Dear Freddy,
Happy to know that you toured India. I must suggest you to please visit places like the Kailasa temple which was carved out of a mountain. It’s one of the most
mysterious temples in the world because no one was able to uncover how a temple of such intricate details was not built but rather “carved” which was extremely impossible for humans during those pre medieval times. Ciao ciao
This was a really good series! Enjoyed it👌
Pls do come to Goa again 😊 and the Royal Enfield which you are using is very old 😅 n pls visit the Butterfly beach in goa when u come here 😊
It is a great vlog and content regarding the adventure in Goa India with the vintage Royal Enfield 350Cc motorbike❤
Come back Goa and other part of Maharashtra, India . Warm regards 🤗. Good Luck 👍🏽
I've got a friend travelling to India 🇮🇳 this coming week feeling a bit jealous after watching your adventure
Not sure if its been mentioned before but why don't we see more of Monica in front of the camera on your travels.
Best wishes to you both
John
One of the best foreign tourist India recieved who looks on the brighter side of our country rather than blabbering about negative things which every country has.
There's nothing wrong, though, to spit out hard facts.. Which we indians need.. If it's bad.. Time to not brush it under the carpet.
@@jiloj bro we get bashed by fucking africans about basic sanitary lmao.
@@jiloj 60% of your so called hard facts are propaganda too
Hi Freddie, loved the Goa content and India generally, very informative and entertaining. Lester.
We wanna see Monika! She's mystery to us!
She likes it that way!😆🙋🏻♀️
Looking forward to your Sri Lanka series because Sri Lankans are my homies
Come back ASAP. There used to be a Thomas Cook flight from London to Goa via Moscow. A Boeing 757 or. 767. See if it’s still on. Everyone on board refuelled as soon as they landed!
10:26 background and that shot with bike is 💥💥 credit to cameraman
Good for you and Monika...I'll admit I was bit skeptical that you would not a accident. 😁
Nice calm videos of my Goa, but will we be able to see Monica at all?
Awesome Freddie. Enjoy your trip.
I recommend trying Rams surf lodge just near Midigama in Sri Lanka theirs a nice lazy left hand wave near by and an heavy right hand reef break outside the lodge if your feeling brave, all that said great hospitality at rams also recommend a trip to the rainforest not to far from their.
Such a lovely country and wonderful people. Just such a shame, as here in England, littering seems to be a national pass time.
Good to see you in India!
You are right about rabies. I visited Calangute market years ago and a rabid dog crawling with maggots was running amok and snapping at people.
This series has given me an idea for a winter break from Thailand with my wife. Was this in February, Freddie? Thanks for the details below. Nick
by the looks of the surroundings it does look like feb...... best time to visit would be between mid november to january end...... with the christmas to new year period being the most busy time
@@ojaspatil7862 Thanks.
You mention them throwing rubbish way, the rubbish on the side of our motorways is a bloody disgrace. I drive over the North Pennines A66, regularly and rubbish mostly lorry driver left in lay bys just makes angry, if I ever saw someone dump rubbish, I will not be responsible for my actions. Anyway rant over great trip 👍
That was a cinematic journey freddie .
Wow very beautiful video...👌👍
