The only way to shield from water is to have a cover, perhaps self designed to cover all and around the motor with a port for circulation of air where water will cause minimum chance of entry.

I’m a maintenance mechanic technician at a hatchery plant, could you please tell me how I could shield these types of motors from water? Been getting burnt up from cleaning crews
