It's while I sit here with my own classical guitar in hand and watch the third movement that it truly becomes apparent just how much Ana and those like her deserve to be known as true masters of the instrument. The skill, dedication and passion are on full display in this performance.
I was blown away by her absolute control of dynamics on the third movement. Perfection! She was able to flawlessly capture the vibrant chaos and exuberance that is the streets of a Latin American city which Barrios wanted to evoke in stark contrast to the peaceful tranquility of the interior of the church represented by the second movement. She is an amazing artist.
It's a history piece of latin America. My favorite element of this piece is it's hope. One day i wish to see a truly unified latin America, in culture, history, and politic. Music like this will have a central role in that identity. This was truly a breathtaking arrangement. Viva la Raza.

I’ve been listening to Vidovic for a few years now and still cannot get past how talented she is. I only just discovered Barrios this morning and The Cstherdal this morning. Immediately came to see if she did a rendition and clicked “save” before even listening to it. I am not surprised at all that it’s flawless. Hot damn it’s so good and that third movement is chef’s kiss.
This song made me understand why I liked classical music at my age and not my friends, maybe partly because of my father (classical guitarist) but mostly because of something so simple that once you understand it everything becomes more enjoyable. Classical music doesn't need words to tell you a story, it conveys it to you. And if you close your eyes on this track you feel like you enter a cathedral, you can feel the blood, the feelings, the memories you never had, the man and everything a cathedral represents without a single word. I think that's the magic of this kind of music, it's the music of the storytellers.
I believe that when you find something within the arts compelling, and you are moved by it, you are feeling a connection to the artist. In their work, they leave an imprint of their very essence of being, their consciousness. So you are experiencing their sense of self in a way that words could never express or convey. You are feeling, at the least, partly who they are. When someone pours their soul into something, it is done so in a way of flow, and when you feel it, you are connecting to that as well. Explore what you feel connected to in all things, but especially in the arts. It will take you to new universes and beyond.
This woman is the guitarist I aspire to be one day. Her sophistication and her personal touch is remarkable. You can feel that she’s not just playing the notes by heart but she is telling the pieces in a subjective and heart warming way...and this, this is something not every musician does

***** I learned it without music sheet...the teacher taught me section by section on guitar... I just try to replicate his fingers...After I can play this song completely by myself, then I went back to the music sheet and got further improvement.

Incredibly talented......thanks.

I can watch this over and over and over. Simply beautiful!
Aplausos
Ana Thank you for all your performances .. so sensitively played..so gifted. My favourite is Grand Overture I've played it most mornings at breakfast
WOW ..CW ESSEX ENGLAND.
Music in the soul can be heard by the universe... Ana, may you fly high in life and success be with you always! Best wishes from Serbia! ;-)
I love the seriousness in her playing she doesn't need to overdue her emotions like many other guitar players, I have to learn that from her, calmness and take your time in the music
It's nearly impossible for me to imagine how it must feel to be this amazing. Even the way she holds the guitar is a work of art.✨
One of the most beautiful pieces for classical guitar ever. She does a magnificent job. Beautiful
Excellent. The best classical guitar I've heard for a while.
she plays so beautifully, this is what is so scarce today, a musician that puts their love for the song into how they play it
Thunderstruck I am. Loop the video all day? Or savour it only as a special treat? We live in a moment of such luxury! In other times, such a towering talent and beauty would be jealously reserved for the entertainment of Royalty. Thank Siccas for sponsoring and sharing this performance. I have to get this written before I wake from this... has to be a dream.
Wow! Big Wow! So much work set free by this beautiful playing. Thank you.
When I was 17 years old...I spent almost half year to learn this song on classical guitar........
me rn
I spent 4 months just to remember the sheet, but then got stressed and depression because no enough skill and did not have teacher to guide.
did it work ? you have video ?
***** I learned it without music sheet...the teacher taught me section by section on guitar... I just try to replicate his fingers...After I can play this song completely by myself, then I went back to the music sheet and got further improvement.
***** Also, during the initial learning process, I have listened several different versions of this song for many many many many times on mp3 and CD, many many times...
I was just a child when the stars fell from the skies.
but I remember how we built a cannon to destroy them and in turn how that cannon brought war upon us. War was an abstract thing...
Ace Combat IV... good times
Mobius 1, engage !
I KNEW IT WAS AC4!
ace combat ? XD
amazing, in every aspect...I know the 3 parts note by note and could play 2 of them years ago but still the sensibility and force of Ana is absolutely amazing...I mean, She's so good that when watching this I get submerged in the beauty of her playing and kind of forget now and then how incredibly pretty and how gracious she is for being taken repeatedly by her fantastic playing, so much work behind all that....truly amazing, I ended the day watching 2 of her concerts... the 3 parts of the Catedral to me express almost all things. Incredibly talented......thanks.
I have grown to love how Ana can take a piece and turn it into something beautiful. A credit to Ana's Dedication.
