Thank you mate! This is incredible, I am working towards building my self a custom/ open source sim rig for sim racing and flight sim and this one of the last pieces I needed, thank you dearly !
Looks really cool what you build. Also thinked about doing smth like that. You are using the JMC in torque mode right?. Why there is an loadcell on the throttle? Do you know if it is possible to read the Position of the servo if they operate in torque mode? Would be interesting for the throttle input
Very interesting, i wonder you calculate the position based on the loadcell, rather than simulating the stiffness of a spring with a torque control approach… Maybe your approach is the better one but i would imagine with a torque control it is much easier to find the right parameters. But great work and thanks for the documentation
How noisy are these pedals? I checked some other videos of diy active pedals, and they were veeery loud. Yours dont seem to make any noise at all when they travel back and forth.

This is suport AC? Dirt rally?? Or other game?? @@tcfshcrw
@@botak333 this is simhub with a plugin that handle the pedals
@@MrKalaghan yess, it posible used open loop stepper? Not closeloop?
Since i use rumble on my simjack i dont felt in abs

depend on the linear module wear. after some play, the noise will become less
Amazing!, im ordering all components to build my own pedal.
Can you share the pcb files to order it please?
it's in github, put in anlogout put section
@@tcfshcrwit's single side pcb, isn't it?
the DIY pedals has No TC, No Brake Lock and Wheel Slip? Only ABS?
you can check the github, there are serval effect:github.com/ChrGri/DIY-Sim-Racing-FFB-Pedal
@@tcfshcrwthanks mate….
Hello mate. Do you know whats the size of nozzle of 3d printer for the base of front and back of the DIY pedal?
What car is this and how do you set the effects? Can you share the mechanical design, it looks pretty amazing!
RSS FH2021/effect was depend on personal preference, so just set what you like in plugin/ mechanical design was just laser cut part, easy and cheap
@@tcfshcrw Easy and cheap then please share not same for me
you can design your own with same concept, it easy one, and I think you also can make it
Rhis must used servo sir? Not posible with rhe stepper??@@tcfshcrw
we need comunication with specfic servo, so suggest use the same one in the bom.
it's single side pcb, isn't it?
it's not PCBA, just assembly module on the PCB
