    Thanks for this generous offer. This is I think by far nicest cymbal library ever.

    This sounds lovely and the timing thing is just great work. Very, very well done.

      Thanks Dan. It’s great to be able to focus a sample pack so that, whilst it does one thing, it does that one thing well.

    I appreciate that it's for decent sampler that way I can use it I'm old school lol I use musescore4 and actually notate and musescore 4 now has vst capability and is okay with decent sampler.

      @@StephenTallamyMusic I am an actor (retired) - film/TV/voiceovers - and kudos to you for your on-camera skills. It's a gift. I was a studio musician/songwriter/composer in Nashville and L.A. before the acting career took over and now in my "long shadow years" I can compose cues and longer pieces to my heart's content....and I am a big fan of the Spitfire approach to things...plus their zeal...such tools did not exist when I was a lad, so it's a pleasure to be "part of the family." Keep up the good work....

      @@chasvox2 thanks so much! I owe a lot to the edit to cover up the fluffs!

    • @chasvox2
      @chasvox2 2 роки тому

      @@StephenTallamyMusic Relax about the fluffs. All an actor needs is one day on a movie set..if you get my drift...I promise you...the weirdest things can happen. Like a can falling off a table during a love scene...or a helicopter on it's way to who-knows- where in the middle of key dialog while doing a scene between two "cowboys" in the 1880's outside a "saloon."
      Just have fun....

    If it truely syncs with many tempos it REALLY looks you did this for me on time. I am still not 100% converted as film composer and got mind blowed how EW expect i sync their samples with my music. Many libraries are so RIGID and want that you have all ready with just one loop by key. Many times sampling like in Sampler of Logic is the alternative to sync or do proper changes. Anyway the best is to have two keys for we play this a trill, and has to be very vel. sensitive. There is no point in have a perc. instrument that has not the sample mirrored in the next key, since this is the best simulation of playing with mallets. You can do in octaves as well, and play like a tremolo.

      Agree. If this was drum hits then I would mirror the notes on multiple keys. For a cymbal swell then this is not really relevant though as you would not play them quickly.
