For the new method just save the "Disorganized Crime" Job and complete that after that go back to the V and you will see that the "Scene Of Crime" is unlocked now you can conplete that and earn 500K
This is so extra, literally just turn off your WiFi, turn on airplane mode, or even just pull out your Ethernet cord the second that it starts to show the money you got after it says “mission passed”. Any of the three things I listed work just fine and haven’t been patched at all.
