Cowlitz River Steelhead & Springer Fishing Bobber Doggin Pulling Plugs Divers & Coon Shrimp.

What is better than a day on the river? Nothing.
I pulled plugs, bobber dogged cured eggs and looney coonies (coon shrimp) and pulled a diver with spin and glow from my place down to the Blue Creek launch area and around the corner to the wall.

Love those boots been wearing them for years bought my first pair at the gas station / tackle shop in hoodsport didn't know what they were at the time I bought them I just needed a pair for that day because I forgot mine at home put my wife and I have both been wearing them since then

That plug you caught the cutty on was my go to back in the day.... Caught lots of Steelhead on it.....Still a good plug but l don't plug fish hardly anymore

That plug is now stuck on the bottom. I knownwhere it's at but couldn't reach it. Gonna attempt a recovery next trip. 😀
