This was such a good job!! Trinity is so cute! Love the way you are preparing them for independence, confidence, presentation skills, & public speaking!!
I’m in awe of Trinity! What an intelligent little girl! Question: What month of the school year was this conference led? How long does it take to prepare students for that level of conversation, especially if they have difficulties meeting the standards in the first place? I didn’t see any testing shown in the portfolio, how important is testing in your district? Formative, summative and standardized testing have taken over in my district. After 22 years as a teacher, I see a great decline in that level of conversation in children in my district. Thanks for sharing.
What screams Karen more than a middle-aged white woman scolding a five-year-old black child for not pronouncing an African song properly. Get real lady.

I LOVE this idea! It gives the student a role in their progress and sharing information with their families!!
I am so impressed. Her confidence was intact even though her reading was quite slow. Great Job.
Her reading is quite slow?? She's in kindergarten and most likely a bit nervous. Rude!!

Great questions...
I like the notebook with the objectives🤔
Love this example. But please look at the correct pronounciation of Funga Alafia welcome song.
