- A quick tour around the high rise property in Angeles City, Philippines. Angelic is close to Walking Street, SM Clark, and ABC Hotel. It has its own restaurants on property called T-backs and Cabanas. All prices are in PH peso, divide by 50 to get a rough estimate on prices in US dollar.

The view at roof top is one of the best in all of AC. Bar and Resto also 1 of the best, however rooms sub-par. elevator small, and its not central to most eateries, unless you like to trike it or hoof it.

That’s as good a condo as I’ve seen in Philippines.
Another great video.This looks much nicer. We would only be staying 1 month so could you please tell me the differences between here and Kandi like maid service, linens washed, TP and those type of things. also what are the pool hours of both
Thanks Mark! Kandi you can get maids whenever and Angelic is once a week. Both places want you to launder your own linens and towels but Angelic offers to do it for you for 250 pesos ($5). Tp and soap you gotta bring at both after first roll. Anything thing I find odd here is pots and pans.. both want you to buy your own but Angelic was nice enough to supply them for me after I asked. I asked at Kandi and it was a hard NO. Pool hours.. hmm.. not sure.. I went during the days.. Kandi had some others around but there was no one at Angelic.. had the pool to ourselves every time so far. Hope this helps!
Also one other thing.. you’ll have to pay electric, water, and internet separately. Unless you book an Airbnb in the building but I didn’t see any in Angelic.

Is it cheaper @ Angelic for a one month stay vs. Kandi and the beedroom looks much bigger and you have a wonderful bath tub that I have never gotten while I stayed at kandi. Can you please give the cost of kandi vs the cost at Angelic for a 1 month stay.

I put the cost sheets at the end of each video so you can compare but our one bedroom at Angelic is both cheaper and nicer than our previous stay at Kandi. Plus the staff is more helpful!

Should do a tour with, one euphoria, that’s the newest condo there.
I actually went there to rent and rooms weren’t ready yet. Then I signed a form for them to contact me and they never did. A week later we went for dinner on the rooftop.. wasn’t impressed.
Thanks had to change "Playback Speed to 0.25" to get the rental price.

One Euphoria beats out Angelic in the VAST majority of categories.
Not really, I was there and wasn't impressed.
try reading reviews on all the short term rental websites. I could have bought a unit in Angelic as both were being constructed at same time. So fortunate I bought in 1Eurphoria as my unit rents higher for the amount paid, and is 93% rented for last 2 years. Take T-backs and the restaurant upstairs out of equation, and 1E crushes it in 10 other categories.@@thecantina9976
