Fix worked for me on error 0x8000ffff Deep Ocean, for anyone having this error but it's not working: if a service is already running and on automatic, stop it and start it again.

so I found the fix (which worked with my account at least)
You basically only have to log out of your microsoft store and your xbox store. When you logged out you only have to start the minecraft louncher and log in with microsoft. after that, you can log in the microsoft store again and everything will be as before.
I hope this helps
