@dronecamps like built in? Gemini x would be amazing in the boxer. Ive been running the betafpv gemini module and the radiomaster rp4td receiver and the difference In LQ is amazing! It barely ever drops below 99 it's so good. Now I'm just waiting to buy the radiomaster nomad and the dbr4 receiver on a long range 7 inch using the walksnal night camera and the 2w vtx.
It’s funny because all you guys are wrong! The TX16s is still the radio to get. Full size color touch screen. Will be around for next 15 years. No need for this small sized nonsense. Just slap on a Gemini module and done.
I think the thing people need to remember is everyone is different. My hand size and the way I hold a controller is going to be different than yours. What does work for one person won’t necessarily work for you and vice versa.
I noticed your black hobby cutting sheet looks warped. This actually happened to me because I stored it on edge...ugh! I actually fixed it by applying heat with a parabolic heat dish and laying heavy books / boxes on it as it cools down. It lays totally flat now but will take you some time due to the heating up and cooling down process. You could probably use a heat gun, blow dryer or something to heat it up without melting it.
Abindretious, pinch or thumbs & with BIG tx & only reason there is no Traxxas Aton , here . Will take a heavy tx & not some Syma light & toy feeling tx . 500mg Antibiotics every 6 hrs if not allergic & get better soon. 👊🏻
Bluetooth and wifi can be built into the flight controller and reciver. Which is really just the tiny tip of what these quads are capable of. Wifi and Bluetooth are becoming standard on most higher end FC so you can use the speedybee app to quickly make changes in betaflight through your phone in the field with a Bluetooth signal.
Bluetooth also has pretty garbage distance. The standard today is an ELRS 2.4GHZ / 900MHZ receiver, which can fly 100+km in the right conditions, but.. good luck getting a vtx ( video transmitter 5.8ghz ) to push out that far...
I don’t know why a pincher would buy a zorro which is designed to be grabbed like a video game controller. Seems like it would be easy to drop as a pincher.
@@RickLaBanca it should be ok. The deciding factor for me is whether I can put two fingers on the back of it or not (little finger and ring finger). The boxer and most other big radios have a notch on the back for your ring finger that makes it really comfortable and secure. The pocket, and this gx12 do not have that notch so i end up having to support the radio with my little finger only... It was the same problem that Stickman Steve had in UAV Futures video.
Im loving the jumper t15 boxer size with color touch screen if radiomaster put a color touch on the boxer crush it would be the radio to get
💯 I still want the boxer max. I love my boxer but I want the better one 😂
@@scu-dub so a tx16s?😂
@andrewhull5095 way too bulky....I was gonna go with the 16s but nah.....
I want a Boxer with Gemini

I like my Max 🤙🏻

Ehh. Still have mine but I’ve moved on. No offense. Still a great radio but big for me to travel with.
I rock my TARANIS 'nd love it!
Mostly the best radio is the one you have :)
Or the one(s).

I agree. Every time I go to a field to fly with others I see all sorts of mods. Keeps it interesting.

I do like my boxer, but for this Gx12, need more think about ergonomics, I'm a pincher, and yes... the switch position is related to not good at all😢
Ich hoffe das mit der Technologie bald eine TX16 rauskommt. In der Hoffnung das sie nicht die Schalterordnung ändern.
It may work for me as pincher because i have smaller thinner fingers as a shorter person but not all radios and people are the same

Thanks man. I'm not on antibiotics yet. But shew I hope this clears soon. Its painful.
Where did you get your stick tips for the boxer max?
I call them my thumb ouches. They feel great if youre a thumb flier. Link here : amzn.to/41syeTg
@dronecamps thanks bro!
Dumb question but are there pro level drones that could use a Bluetooth controller?

Still love my Boxer. On the fence about switching still. But it may be coming.
