Fuel pump or bad mass air flow sensor but it is probably your fuel pump because I don't here a loud whining noise when you turn on the cars accessory power
I have a Mercedes Benz C280 model 2007 and when it gets cold out below 40 degrees the damn thing won’t start it just cranks and cranks and cranks but no start it had plenty of gas the fuel pump is new and that’s another problem but later on this cold start junk why what is wrong with this thing I like the car but can’t take this stuff it made in Germany it’s always cold there and it can’t take our weather I don’t understand anybody that can help this is crazy I know there are others out there with this problem I found it once one the net exactly what mine is doing and can’t find the sight again no matter what I type in any suggestions could use some knowledge on how to fix this problem and this is only my first one more to go thanks

mine is to blame lack of pressure of diesel, this may be damaged part? Mercedes B200 140cv 2007 w245
Most likely the crankshaft position sensor. Very common on the 112 and 113 Mercedes engines.

Check out the crankshaft position sensor ...
Coolant temperature sensor mine was doing the same thing
Check the voltage on ur alternator

What if you changed the sensor it starts for a while and then it stops turning on but still cranks…. Plus my brake lights are on 24/7
