Really love the setup too! As for the AQ hand i don’t really like the fold…what better hands would you be CR this way? Probably not many better ones. Sure you are losing to sets and 2 pairs but like you said, how likely is it that these hands flatted the $35 initial bet on this wet flop? I think there’s gonna be a lot of ego playing in home games and i think some flushdraws may be looking to get stacks in now as well. I don’t think calling at this point in time is ideal so folding and shoving are your best options i think. I don’t blame you for folding but i don’t see many arguments in favour of folding. Omaha is NOT four card Hold ‘em! You can only use EXACTLY two cards from your hand and three cards from the board. Once you use your pocket deuces for the set, you are done. Full house is impossible when the board is not paired.
You didn't say what the player who won the bottom board had to chop the pot. You should not have folded the set of 10's. You should have raised the max on the flop. On the bottom, only hand you lose to is AA, and with 7's and 10's on the top you can improve. With 2 spades on bottom and you not having any, you don't want to give any draw a cheap card and you give yourself a chance to fold out weak hands. After seeing the hands, we know the winner had 59 spades, would he have called or folded with bottom pair on one board and a spade draw on the other? MP didn't raise pre and didn't raise flop, so marginal hand, and may fold to a raise. You just call, 5d on top pairing board and bringing in a diamond flush draw, and you can still improve. 9h on bottom shouldn't improve anything since you double block 78. EP bets 240 with about 500 behind, MP calls 200 all-in, I think you should have shoved to put EP all-in. You want to charge any draws he might have on the bottom board before seeing the river and you still have 10 outs to improve. Just my thoughts and I like playing big pots. You do need to do a little studying if you are going to play Omaha, some of the hands you played were marginal at best.
