This Battlecat is primo!
It's nice that they have multiple head sculpts so that you don't risk rubbing off any plastic with a removable helmet.
All that articulation is awesome.
Even in the paws.
And the saddle is beautiful.
Its just gorgeous!

I think I really want this Battle Cat! A lot of the quality and weight I noticed with Panthor tie into what you presented here. Now I just need a He-Man that's on the level of the others!
Fantastic 1/6 Scale He-Man & Battle Cat!
The backmost joint on mine has the same gap. If you fold it down a bit more, you can see the backside of the leg ball joints. Since most are (or will) display this as Battlecat, the armor hides the gap. Me, being the oddball, have it as Cringer, because, he's adorable 😅 (and the head looks to fit better, otherwise it looks big compared to previous Battelcat toys). Still, a nice piece.
The Cringer will look great with my Prince Adam ;-)
Remember getting the original battle cat and he man in the 80s no moving parts but still sick

Great review👍. I don’t see point of the cub, the mondo’s and the cringer’s head. That increase the price for accessories that will be kept in box. Hopefully they release a standard version in future

Thorough review & thanks for covering the saddle attachment. Seems like a falty design. & my. Main Concern is the joints loosening overtime . Ps . Collectors he didn’t sale out. He was a timed exclusive , think you had 2 weeks & expect panthor to get a timed release

I kinda wish they gave "weight" info. something I didn't consider given I mounted a shelf waiting for mine to come in. however, the shelf only holds 25 pds and this thing weighs more than that.

Mondo has confirmed BC will get a second release but with less accessories, the same way they did with Deluxe He-Man.
No I asked them and they said they have no plans for a second release
$500 usd...I like MOTU but not enough to drop that much. That's a HT Iron Man, and I likes my Iron Men 😬

You are aware its now selling over 1k$? You have to see these as investments, not just a net loss... Imagine in a few years!! i just wish I had enough money to by 4 or 5 myself!!
Figure collecting is not a stable investment option. Market is too volatile. These days you're one re-issue or ver. 2.0, ver. 3.0 etc away from your chase or grail figure declining in value. U could go with a Mezco, or some Figma pieces that have been out of circulation for a min. Those can go for a grip but nah If I wanted to invest in something I have a better chance of getting a high return I'd go stocks, real estate etc.
I don't cop to flip. I cop cause I dig the design, and/or the IP the fig(s) represent. I appreciate the figures as they are. If I feel to sell one down the line its cause I'm not feeling it like I use to or my dumb ass did a spontaneous purchase, and I finally realized...why da hell did I buy this? lol. My original statement was that I am not a huge enough of a fan of MOTU to go in on the Mondo Battlecat. Its looks cool but nah for me. Now if it was a HT's 2.0 Die Cast Iron Monger for the same price, or $700 (more realistic) ....fuuuuuck yea I'm going in lol.

Nah. Still not as stable as traditional investment options. Not trying to depend on figure collecting to stack my retirement fund. I mean hey u could run into a Jeff Coons Rabbit (9mil + at auction. oooweeee) but the chances of that happening are slim. Imma just enjoy copping what I like and admire them on the shelves. Making sure no dust gets on em lol @@MikoDarkblade

I am actually a bit disappointed with the articulations. The legs should be able to open wider so that it can better pose attack postures. (i.e., Blitzway or Bandai Soul of Chogokin Lion Voltron)
I hate the old style helmet for Battle Cat. I prefer the 200x version of the helmet.
This movie will make you wish you'd never been born. Each minute that you continue to watch this movie you will find your will to live quickly being sucked out of you. If you haven't killed yourself by the time everyone busts out dancing in the McDonalds, that will surely send you into a hatred for life for which you may never recover. Unfortunately I don't own a gun or I would have taken my own life and saved myself from having to watch the second half. The scene where they drive Mac into the desert and he holds up his hands and does this stupid whistle to find his family which are almost dead in a cave made me start bashing my head against the wall in hopes that I would black out. Sadly I did not, and I now I must live the rest of my life with the nightmarish memories of this movie. I feel depressed and hopeless. I pray everyday that aliens really do exist and that they kill every last person on this planet. We don't deserve to survive as a species if we can make a movie like this. mac and me

IT'S A SHAME YOU DON'T DISPLAY YOUR FIGURES AND THEN PUT THEM INTO BOXES OR STORAGE I DON'T SEE THE POINT IN COLLECTING FIGURES IF THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS THE HOLE POINT IN COLLECTING IS TO DISPLAY THEM FOR YOU TO LOOK AT THEM CAUSE YOU HAVE GOT SOME GREAT FIGURES SPOT 👍👍
