Great figure, I love him! The claws on the fists actually are removable, they just take a little courage. The claws were pretty loose on one of the hands of the figure I received which is what made me think they could pop out and Mondo has some promotional images too of Wolverine with just a single claw extended. They don't fit very well into the other hands though, but I imagine just softening them up might solve that problem, but I don't think he really needs claws on his non-fist hands. Also, I found it much easier to just cut the tape on the foot of the bed to access the contents underneath it. It goes back together pretty easily, but you'll probably have to re-tape that wall back to the bed. I've had to open two of them as the first one they sent me had some glue or something stuck on one of the heads and they sent an entire, new, figure as a replacement so my buddy gets a freebie now as they didn't make me send the original back. Pretty sweet customer service!

NEVER…have i scrolled down my feed, stopped bc of a figure in the thumbnail, and without having to watch the review first….made the impulsive conclusion that I needed that figure on my shelf until just now!
I think for the price they could do a lot better job but I do like the diversity of figures.

You can tell the difference between the sculptors between this unmasked logan and the new one from SDCC 23, this one looks nothing like the show but the other one does 100%

Great review, Spot! I do have to say that this figure looks great, but the mask and fins are a little bit inaccurate compared to the animated source material. There needs to be a little notch in the bottom of his fins and the mask needs to be all black instead of half yellow half black where it covers his jaw.

Wolverine looks great in his classic outfit. The sculpt is solid. The paint application is clean. I like the shadows and panel lining that were added to the figure. I also like the three head sculpts, especially the unmasked head sculpt with the angry facial expression. Articulation is limited unfortunately. The display base gets the job done. However, I wished that it had Wolverine's name on it or the X-Men symbol, instead of just being plain. The backdrop is a nice inclusion. Though, I would never use it if I had the figure. For a price point of $200, the Wolverine 1/6th scale figure is definitely worth it. Great work on Mondo's part. Otherwise, thanks as always Spot for another wonderful video! I really appreciate the continued hard work! Keep it up! God bless and stay safe!

I looked at this while deciding whether or not to order the new Magneto 1/6 scale from Mondo. And damn the paint application is horrible on this for the price. Second guessing.

Six scale figured wolverine
Has anyone done a side by side comparison between this and the 12" Legends Wolverine that came out a few years back?
I have a couple of those, and I think they hold up to this one pretty well, and for a fraction of the price.
why people on ebay sell this under 200 usd? are all they thieves?

Wow quite a bit of money for such crappy backdrop. I guess if you took some foam in the drone work and put it together you could actually make it a nice study backdrop. But the price on it it’s pretty damn high on the secondary market
well I guess the cost is the figure moreso, and if you weren't planning to open it, it's a nice showpiece

No, this is not a steal at $200.
Don’t fall for this bs that the toy industry continues to ram down are throats, coming out with gimmick after gimmick and pulling at those nostalgic heart strings.
$200?! That’s nearly a hot toy. No way does this compare. They’ve released several 12” marvel legends that are just as detailed if not more so; including a Wolverine.
This is more like a $100 figure

I agree about the pricing, hell I only paid around $20 for the 12" Legends version back in the day. Almost all of that line could be found on clearance at some point.

Yep, I believe they were selling for around $40-$50. None of the Mondo X-Men figures are reselling that well. Scalpers/resellers are still trying to push them to sell at higher price points but all of them pretty much go for retail or lower. Luckily Wolverine is my favorite and managed to get this version for half price.
But it’s not just Mondo, many of the Hot Toys line has also been selling for less than retail. Got the Mando/Blurrg combo for $300 new and unopened-shipped, off eBay a little while back.
